1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS KENO Queensland $1 Could Win You $7 Million THE PROMOTION, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PROMOTER 1. The $1 Could Win You $7 Million promotion (Promotion) runs from the commencement of the first Keno game to start after 3.55am on Thursday, 4 August 2016 and ends at the conclusion of the last Keno game to commence before 3.50am on Thursday, 18 August 2016 or at such time as the Prize (described below) has been won, whichever is earlier (Promotional Period). 2. Keno (QLD) Pty Ltd (ACN ) of 5 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne VIC 3004 is the promoter (Promoter), and the Promotion will be run in Queensland. ELIGIBILITY 3. To participate in the Promotion, a person must be at least 18 years of age, an Australian resident, must NOT have been excluded (whether self-excluded or otherwise) from participation in the game of Keno or excluded from the Participating Venue and must satisfy the entry requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions (an Eligible Participant). 4. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption). 5. All Queensland Keno venues are participating in the Promotion (Participating Venues). 6. By entering the Promotion, each Eligible Participant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION 7. To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must spend at least $1 on a Keno 10 number game (Play 10 Game) on a ticket purchased from a Keno Self Service Terminal or an Operator Terminal at a Participating Venue on a Keno game to be played during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Keno Ticket). Game to be played means the time at which the Keno Host receives the numbers from the Drawing Device for the relevant Keno game. The Play 10 Game on a Qualifying Keno Ticket may be played with or without Keno Bonus for the purposes of the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, any Keno ticket that is a Lucky Last entry, Heads or Tails entry or Keno Racing entry is not a Qualifying Keno Ticket and is not eligible to win a Prize (an Entrant). 8. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, there is no limit to the number of Qualifying Keno Tickets per Entrant. PRIZE 9. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms: jackpot fill, jackpot growth, winning wager and keno bonus jackpot prize have the meanings given to them in the Queensland Keno Rule There is one Prize of $7 million to be won (the Prize). The Prize will comprise: a. the Play 10 prize amount of $250,000; b. the Play 10 jackpot fill amount of $750,000; c. the Play 10 jackpot growth amount; and d. an amount required in addition to the amounts set out in paragraphs a, b and c above to make the total Prize up to $7 million (Balancing Amount). 11. The Prize excludes any keno bonus jackpot prize which, if also won by a Prize Winner (as defined below), will be paid separately.

2 12. The odds of winning a Prize are 1 in 205 million. WINNING ENTRIES 13. A winning entry is an entry on a Qualifying Keno Ticket which wins the Play 10 Game by matching 10 out of 20 numbers drawn (Play 10 Winner) AND where the 10 numbers selected by that Entrant on their Qualifying Keno Ticket are drawn by the Keno ball drawing device (as defined in the Queensland Keno Rule 2010) in the first 16 balls in the relevant game (Prize Winner). A Prize Winner will not be declared until his or her winning entry has been verified by the Promoter. JACKPOT SHARING 14. Only one Prize will be awarded in any one Keno game. If there is only one Prize Winner in a Keno game, then that Prize Winner will be awarded the full Prize of $7 million. 15. For the purposes of clauses 16, 17 and 18 below only, the term Play 10 Winner means a Play 10 Winner who is NOT also a Prize Winner. 16. If in any one Keno game, there is one Prize Winner and one or more Play 10 Winners, then: a. the Prize Winner and each Play 10 Winner will be awarded the Play 10 prize amount of $250,000; b. the Prize Winner and the Play 10 Winner(s) will share the Play 10 jackpot fill amount of $750,000 in proportion to the winning wager paid by the Prize Winner and each Play 10 Winner; c. the Prize Winner and the Play 10 Winner(s) will share the Play 10 jackpot growth amount in proportion to the winning wager paid by the Prize Winner and each Play 10 Winner; and d. the Prize Winner will be awarded the Balancing Amount. 17. If in any one Keno game there is one or more Prize Winners only, then: a. the Prize Winners will each be awarded the Play 10 prize amount of $250,000; b. the Prize Winners will share the Play 10 jackpot fill amount of $750,000, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner; c. the Prize Winners will share the Play 10 jackpot growth amount, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner; and d. the Prize Winners will share the Balancing Amount, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner. 18. If in any one Keno game, there is more than one Prize Winner and one or more Play 10 Winners, then: a. the Prize Winners and the Play 10 Winner(s) will each be awarded the Play 10 prize amount of $250,000; b. the Prize Winners and the Play 10 Winner(s) will share the Play 10 jackpot fill amount of $750,000, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner and Play 10 Winner; c. the Prize Winners and the Play 10 Winner(s) will share the Play 10 jackpot growth amount, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner and Play 10 Winner; and d. the Prize Winners will share the Balancing Amount, in proportion to the winning wager paid by each Prize Winner

3 PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION 19. To claim the Prize, a Prize Winner must inform a Keno Operator that they have won and present their winning Qualifying Keno Ticket as soon as possible after the relevant Keno game has been drawn and no later than 90 days after the winning Keno game. 20. The Keno Operator who is notified by a Prize Winner under clause 19 above will scan the Qualifying Keno Ticket and contact the Promoter s Service Support Centre (SSC) to initiate the Promoter s verification process. The SSC will also record the Prize Winner s details from the Keno Operator including name, address and telephone number. 21. The SSC will advise the Prize Winner that the Prize Winner is a Play 10 Winner subject to the Promoter s usual verification process. But, the SSC will not provide any confirmation that the Prize Winner has won a Prize at that time. The Promoter s verification process must be completed before this can occur. 22. The Promoter will notify the Prize Winner that they have won the Prize by telephone within 10 working days of their win and undertake a ticket confirmation process using the contact details provided by the Prize Winner to the Keno Operator at the time of notification of their win. The Promoter may also notify the Prize Winner that they have won the Prize in writing (Winner Notification). If the Prize Winner can be contacted by telephone, or they respond to the Promoter s written notification, within 30 days after the date of the Winner Notification, then the Prize Winner will be granted the Prize, subject to these Terms and Conditions. 23. The Promoter will liaise with the Prize Winner to arrange for payment of the Prize with 28 days of the Winner Notification in a mutually agreed manner. 24. If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a Prize Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the relevant Prize to that Prize Winner. 25. The Prize Winner s details will be published at from the next business day after the end of the Promotional Period or as soon as possible after the Winner Notification, whichever is later, for a period of 30 days. GENERAL 26. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Prize is not transferable. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost or stolen Prize. 27. Information on how to enter the Promotion, and the Prize itself, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion by an Entrant (and acceptance of a Prize by a Prize Winner) confirms their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions governing the Promotion. 28. The Promoter will, at all times, comply with the provisions of the Charitable and Non- Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld), including provisions relating to compliance with rules and payment of prizes, as described in that Act. 29. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to: a. request a Prize Winner to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize; and b. verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with any entry process. 30. Identification considered suitable for verification of a Prize Winner is at the discretion of the Promoter. A Prize Winner may be required to complete a statutory declaration to confirm their eligibility to accept a Prize. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory body. 32. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside individual players must not be the sole basis for the Promoter refusing to award a Prize. 33. Decisions of the management of the Promoter are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant Terms and Conditions are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding. 34. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the Promoter using (or permitting authorised third parties to use) the Entrant s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter and or products/services supplied by the Promoter. 35. As a condition of accepting a Prize, a Prize Winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. 36. In relation to all activities connected with the Promotion, the Prize Winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate view of the Promoter, its operations and any of its related bodies corporate. 37. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose the Entrant s Personal Information (as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) in order to administer and conduct the Promotion, carry out any activities connected with or related to the Promotion and provide any related or ancillary goods/services. The Entrant s Personal Information may also be used and disclosed in accordance with any other terms and conditions previously agreed to by the Entrant (if any) and in accordance with the relevant privacy policy of the Promoter. If an Entrant does not provide the Promoter with the Personal Information requested by the Promoter, the Promoter may not permit the Entrant to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, the Entrant consents to the Promoter: (a) collecting and using the Entrant s Personal Information in relation to the purposes referred to above; and (b) where considered necessary by the Promoter, disclosing the Entrant s Personal Information to third parties, including, but not limited to, Prize suppliers or regulatory authorities and for any purpose to which the Entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct their Personal Information to the Promoter using the contact details set out in these Terms and Conditions. All Entry Forms become the property of the Promoter. 38. Except for any implied condition or warranty (including any applicable Consumer Guarantee) the exclusion of which from these Terms and Conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void (Non Excludable Condition), the Promoter excludes from these Terms and Conditions all conditions, warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for any liability in relation to a Non Excludable Condition, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, contractors and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss, damage, cost, expense, damage or claim suffered, sustained or incurred (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, including (without limitation) the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the - 4 -

5 Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax implications; (f) the cancellation or postponement of an event which constitutes the Prize; and/or (g) a Prize or use of a Prize. 39. All Prize values are GST inclusive, in Australian dollars and $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. 40. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Prize Winner receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of that Prize Winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Promotion or Prize and encourages the Prize Winner to seek independent financial and tax advice. 41. Any enquiries should be directed to the Promoter. 42. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws in force in Queensland. The Promoter and each Eligible Participant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Queensland in respect of all matters arising out of the Terms and Conditions
