1 Request of permission to film in a National Park / or Nature Reserve Date of request: Before submitting this request you must take a tour at the filming site and coordinate with the park manager or regional ranger the dates of shooting, the exact location of shooting, and receive instructions. The list of sites and contact details are available on the Internet website: The form must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the shooting date. Title: Company's name and address: Tel: Mobile: Fax: Number of participants: Purpose of shooting: Statement I, the undersigned, hereby state that I have contacted the park's manager \ regional ranger, posted them regarding the shooting details and received their authorization to film on the following dates: Shooting date Shooting hours Park/reserve name Name of authorizing ranger/manager The Applicant undertakes as follows: 1. Payment for supervision of NIS 200. Payment for supervision of shooting activities at an unusual scope will be pre-coordinated with Israel Nature and Parks Authority (hereinafter: "the Authority") in accordance with the nature and scope of activity. Payment for every shooting hour outside regular activity hours at the site at an amount of NIS 200 for each ranger supervision hour (conditioned with pre-coordination and approval of the site manager). 2. Entry fee to the site for each crew member according to regulations. 3. The Applicant undertakes to keep the site clean and undamaged and declares that it will bear responsibility for damages made to the site by any of the production crew members, intentional or unintentional. The Applicant undertakes to preserve nature

2 and abide by the instructions of the rangers and the Authority's employees at the site. 4. The Applicant states that it holds all the licenses, confirmations and permits required by law including a safety consultant confirmation, if required, and compliance with environmental laws. It is emphasized that the provision of this permit by the Authority does not constitute a substitute to receiving any such license and/or permit and/or confirmation pursuant to any law. 5. It is strictly forbidden to use a drone for the shooting, unless the shooting was precoordinated and received the confirmation of the site manager and subject to the location being empty of any person, to the operator having a valid pilot license and in condition that the Authority is provided with an insurance confirmation that includes a cover for aerial activity, as specified in the insurance confirmation form attached hereto as an appendix up to 10 days prior to shooting. Subject to receiving a confirmation from the park's manager and to the fulfillment of said conditions, the operator undertakes to act in accordance with any law including the Vehicles Regulations-Aviation Regulations (Hovercrafts), Warranty A. The Applicant undertakes to be responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the Authority and/or its employees and/or anyone on its behalf and/or by the Company and/or its employees and/or anyone on behalf of the Company and/or of the Authority and/or those who visit the site and/or by any third party, due to any act or use or failure of the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf and/or in connection with or following the activity. B. The Applicant will compensate and indemnify the Authority and/or anyone on its behalf for any such damage or loss at the full amount of compensation and/or damage and at the full amount of expenses born by the Authority following any damage or loss, immediately after receiving the Authority's notice regarding the occurrence of the damage. C. The Applicant undertakes to indemnify the Authority for any amount that the Authority is required to pay deriving from its liability, including legal expenses, including professional legal fees and payments for proceedings before any entity. D. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company exempts the Authority, its employees and anyone on behalf of the Authority from any loss or damage to any property or equipment brought by the Company or anyone on its behalf into the Authority's premises or any other site for the purpose of the activity or to any other property or equipment used by the Company for the activity (including, but without derogating, filming equipment, photographic film or any other medium used for producing the film, vehicles etc.), and the Company or anyone on its behalf shall have no claim, demand or contention against those mentioned above for any such loss and/or damage. Such exemption shall not apply to anyone who causes damage maliciously. The Company shall indemnify the Authority and/or anyone on its behalf for any claim or demand against the Authority in contravention of the provisions of this Section D above.

3 7. Insurance A. Without derogating from the Company's responsibility under this letter or pursuant to any law, the Company will procure and maintain, at its own expense, for the entire period of activity, the insurances specified in the insurance confirmation attached as Appendix A and constituting an integral part thereof (hereinafter: "the Company's Insurances" and "the Insurance Confirmation", as applicable) with a duly authorized, reputable insurance company in Israel. B. It is agreed that the Company is entitled not to procure the property insurance specified in Section A of the Insurance Confirmation, in full or in part, but the exemption specified in Section D above shall apply as if the insurance for it had been fully procured. C. Without any need for any requirement on the part of the Authority, the Company will provide the Authority, 10 business days before the beginning of the activity and as a prerequisite to holding the activity, with the Insurance Confirmation, when it is signed by its insurers. In addition, immediately at the end of the period of insurance, the Company will provide the Authority with an updated Insurance Confirmation for renewing the Company's Insurances for an additional period of insurance, and each period of insurance, as long as this agreement is in force. D. Every property insurance procured by the Company will include a clause regarding the insurers' waiver of the subrogation right against the Authority and anyone on its behalf; such waiver of the subrogation right will not apply in favor of any person who causes damage maliciously. 4 Appendix A Insurance Confirmation Date: / / Israel Nature and Parks Authority (hereinafter: "the Authority") 3 Am Veolamo Street Jerusalem Dear Sir/Madam, Re: ("the Producer") We hereby inform you that our company has made the following insurances in the name of the Producer in connection with: Shooting on the site / National Park / Nature Reserve On the dates (hereinafter: "the Shooting") as follows: A. Policy No. for the period of until "All Risk" Property Insurance in the full value and full reinstatement value to facilities, equipment of any kind and/or other property brought by the Producer or anyone on its behalf to the Authority's premises and/or any other Shooting site including cover for malice damages, theft, burglary and robbery. B. Policy No. for the period of until Employers Liability Insurance insuring the Producer's liability for employees employed by the Producer pursuant to the Tort Ordinance (New Version) and/or the Defective Products (Liability) Law , for death and/or corporal damage and/or mental damage of an employee as a result of an accident or disease in the course of and following performing the Shooting within a limit of liability of NIS 6,000,000 (six million New Israeli Shekel) per employee and NIS 20,000,000 (twenty million New Israeli Shekel) per occurrence and in total for the period of insurance. The insurance is extended to indemnify the Authority should it be determined, with respect of the occurrence of a work accident and/or a occupational disease, that any employer's duties is imposed on the Authority with respect of any of the Producer's employees. C. Policy No. for the period of until Third Party Liability Insurance insuring the Producer's liability under law for any loss and/or damage incurred by any person and/or body in connection with or as part of providing the Shooting, including by the Authority, its employees and anyone on its behalf, within a limit of liability of NIS 4,000,000 (four million New Israeli Shekel) per occurrence and in total for the period of insurance. This insurance is not subject to any limitation with respect of liability for contractors, subcontractors and their employees and/or anyone employed by the Producer and subrogation claims on the part of the National Insurance Institute. Professional liability exclusion will not apply to corporal damages. The insurance is extended to indemnify the Authority for any liability imposed on it for the actions and/or failures of the Producer and/or anyone on behalf of the Producer, subject to cross liability clause. The insurance will not include any exclusion regarding aerial photography.

5 General 1. The above insurances include a waiver of the subrogation right against the Authority and anyone on its behalf provided that such waiver of the subrogation right shall not apply in favor of any person who causes damage maliciously. 2. The Producer has the exclusive liability to pay the premiums and deductibles stated in the insurance policies specified above. 3. The insurances specified above are primary insurance policies to any insurance made by the Authority and we waive any demand and/or contention and/or claim regarding the Authority's contribution right. 4. We undertake that the above insurances will not be cancelled or reduced throughout the period of insurance indicated therein without a 30-day prior notice in writing by registered mail. 5. The text of the policies is in accordance with the text known as BIT, subject to the changes stated above. The insurances specified in this confirmation are in compliance with the terms of the original policies insomuch that these have not been changed in this confirmation and provided that this change shall not derogate from the terms of the original policies.
