Presidential Decree No. 56 / P of 2010; DECIDED: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON IMPORTED GOODS BRING BY THE PASSENGERS, CREW FACILITIES CARRIER, border crossers, AND GOODS SHIPMENTS. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is meant by: 1. The crew of Carriers is any person who due to the nature work must be in a carrier and come with the carrier's facilities. 2. Border Crossers are people who are resident or located residence within the country's borders and has a card identity issued by the competent authority and the travel across borders in border areas through the Post Transboundary Supervisors. 3. Passenger is every person who crosses the border region country using a carrier but not The crew of Carriers and not a Border Crossers. 4. Customs Declaration hereinafter referred to as the CD is customs declaration for the import of goods carried by Passengers or crew of Carriers. 11. Transboundary fitting hereinafter abbreviated as PLB is a card that issued by the Immigration Office provided to Crossers Limit. 12. Cross Border Checkpoint hereinafter abbreviated PPLB is a designated place in the border regions of the country to notify and resolve customs obligations towards goods carried by Border Crossers. 13. Goods Pas book Transboundary hereinafter abbreviated BPBLB is a book that is used by Customs and Excise officials to record the number, type, and the customs value of goods brought by Border Crossers from outside the customs area. 15. The green line is the path to the imported goods are not physical inspection of goods. 16. Red Line is the path to the imported goods physical inspection of goods. 17. Director-General means the Director General of Customs and Excise. 18. Customs Law is Law Number concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17 of Customs officials are employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise appointed in certain positions to implement certain tasks under the Customs Act. 20. Customs Office is the office of the Directorate General Customs and Excise where customs obligations are fulfilled in accordance

4 with the provisions of the Customs Act. CHAPTER II SCOPE Article 2 Import goods carried by passengers, crew Means Carrier, and the Border Crossers consists of: a. Passenger Personal Goods, Private Goods crew Means The carrier, or Personal Goods Border Crossers, and / or b. Merchandise. Article 3 (1) Personal Stuff Personal Stuff passengers or crew Means The carrier referred to in Article 2 is Passengers arriving with goods or crew Means Carrier. (4) Border Crossers who arrive from outside the customs area shall notify goods brought verbally to Customs officials in PPLB. CHAPTER V EXAMINATION AND EXPENDITURES OF THE IMPORTED GOODS BRINGING BY PASSENGERS, CREW TRANSPORT MEANS, AND Passer-by LIMITS Part One Examination of Imported Goods and Expenditure Carried by passengers or crew of Carriers Article 13 (1) Based on the notification referred to in Article 5 paragraph (1) or subsection (3), Passenger or crew of Carriers imported goods must be issued by: a.
