5 Additional from Rubiix: Delivery of all Tax Year documentation You can send in all your information into our office via the following options: a) Via mail or express post b) Via if you can scan all documents and the files are not too large c) Via Drop Box- a virtual storage facility where you can upload documents into a cloud environment for the accountant to collect all necessary information from. - this is a free service online, all you need to do is setup an account and advise your accountant this is your preferred delivery, so they can look out for an alert. > when sharing folders through drop box, please use the main Rubiix ; reception@rubiix.com.au unless otherwise advised by your accountant. Payment of Rubiix Fee You can pay your Rubiix Accounting Fees via the below methods: a) Cheque (for the time being - please note this method may not be available in the future) b) Direct EFT Transfer (refer to Rubiix bank details on your Invoice) c) Credit Card: o Please note if you pay within trading terms, being 14 days from date of invoice, Rubiix will not charge the 1% surcharge that normally applies to invoices paid by MasterCard or Visa only. o After 14 days, a surcharge fee of 1% will apply to all payments via MasterCard or Visa o Please note all payments via Amex will incur a 3% surcharge d) Through your tax refund from the ATO; o An authority to deduct fees form is required to be completed before lodgement of tax returns to ensure the Rubiix trust bank account is included on the returns. - please speak to your accountant to know more about this.
