1 Supplementary draft bye laws 1. Election to the Executive Body ;- a) The para is amended and will be read as "any member of the AGRWA can contest election to the post of Executive body of AGRWA subject to he or she is owner of Flat of Society & in case of Joint ownership of the flat anyone of the joint holders can contest election with consent from other. b) The term of the Executive body will be of two years from the date of assume office after the notification of elected person is notified by the election commissioner elected by GBM of AGRWA to hold election c) The present para is amended and will read as" the member can contest election against the same post for any number of terms ". d) No member can contest election to any post of executive body if he I she is barred by the GBM on charges of misappropriation of funds I violating the bye laws of society or found fabricating the amount Ifabricating unit rate of DG unit other than fuel consumption or fixed electricity charges or fixed electric unit rate more than prescribed by Govt. during his tenure in the executive body of AGRWA. The Secretary of the AG RWA will fully responsible for that, RS penalty will be recovered on AGRWA Secretary and it will deduct from Radius systems along with Interest and amount of the rnls- appropriate of Fund. e) The para is amended and will read as 'The executive body of AGRWA cannot adopt or nominate any person or persons in any capacity to the Executive Body of AGRWA. All the Posts identified in Para will be only through contest of election. f) The member of AGRWA means "Any person He or She I He and She as Joint holders who are the Flat owners of Ashiana Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. 2. Booking of Hall in the Club House ;- a) The hall along with room and kitchen can be booked by the resident of society for organizing any function specified at para 2 & sub para -c. b) The booking of Hall will be for 24 hours starting from 10.A.M to 11.P.M c) The Hall can be booked by the resident for marriage function / ring ceremony I birthday of their children and marriage anniversary of self I any function related for Parents I Pooja function without burning Agni in Hall. d) The booking of hall will be against charges of RsAOOOI- for 10. A.M to 11. P.M. During the use of Club Hall any damage of the Hall by booking member Rs.1S penalty along with the damage infrastructure amount will be recovered from booking member with Radius systems. The Executive body is not authorize to change booking timing of 24 hours without approval in the GBM. e) The resident has to give undertaking that liquor will not be served during the function. f) The playing of music after hours is banned. g) The resident who organize function in the club house will be responsible for managing visitor vehicles. h) The Executive body of AGRWA will not be authorized to cancel the booking after receiving the booking charges in advance against the particular date of function for which booked by member. i) The resident on the date of booking will take charge of Hall along with room & kitchen and will deliver the position after completion of function.

2 j) The one complete day will be calculated by 24 hours from sun rise to sunrise and resident can retain hall during this period including night also and AGRWA is barred from making any interference during this period of booking k) In the event of proved with proof that liquor is being served or music is played beyond allowed time, AGRWA can levy penalty from Rs to Rs /- per day on the resident who organized function in the hall depending upon the gravity of violation of laid down law of society and same can be deducted through Radius system. 3. Deduction through Radius System:- a) The monthly maintenance & daily electric consumption of Grid and DG of the flats will be deducted through Radius system installed by builder. b) The charges or contribution of the flat owner towards the society development if approved by GBM will be deducted through Radius System c) No deduction through Radius system will be made by executive body of AGRWA of any kind if the same is not approved by GBM. d) The monthly charges of additional Car parking of fat owners will be deducted through Radius system e) Any other charges if approved by GBM will be allowed to deduct through Radius System f) Electricity charges of hall booked for organizing function will be deducted through Radius system. g) Common services Like Sever & water will be deduct from the resident on monthly basis from 1 st April 2017 and will deposit in AGRWA Sever & Charges Account and it will pay to the concern authority with Cheque/DO. Also the amount interest earn in this account the same benefit will pass to the member sever & water Charges. 4. Car Parking The car parking approved in the GBM dated and implemented from month of August 2016 vide notification no will be part of Bylaws and same will be read as section 4 a) The norm of one flat one car parking as per sale deed of Builder will remain implemented and will be called as reserved car parking having flat no prescribed on the same. b) If any member is having more than one vehicle (four wheeler) the same will be called as additional car, the charges of the same will be charged. c) The member will not be entitle for any car parking rights after paying additional car parking charges but will be only entitle to enter the car into society. d) There will be no car parking rights for the visitors in the society except at Visitor parking marked or parking specified by the AGRWA in the society. e) The member will be responsible for the visitors visiting to such member if said visitor park his / her vehicle at any reserved parking of the society or other then identified visitor parking area. f) The visitor parking slots identified in the SOCietyas per builder plan is reserved for visitor parking and if same is occupied by any member continuously by placing his additional own vehicle at the said place, it will be charged on the daily basis from said member in addition to the additional car parking charges. The said charges will be approved by GBM. g) No rental car parking will be allowed to any members.

3 h) No car/motorcycle will be parked in between the two house entrance gate of the members and if it found the photograph will take of the said vehicle and Rs.2000 will be deduct through Radius systems to the concern vehicle flats owners in which vehicle will be permitted and deduction slip along with photograph will be sent to concern flat owner. Also no car/ motorcycle parking will be allowed at society Road. If it is found that the car / motorcycle has parked on the road, photograph of such vehicle will take and Rs.SOOOpenalty will deduct from radius system of the vehicle related to flat owner. 5. Flat On Rent The flat given on rent by the member of society will ensure: a) That the documents prescribed like police verification / rent agreement or letter of authorization to stay / ID of Tenant is submitted to the office of AGRWA before tenant moves into flat. b) The flat will not be given to bachelor. c) The tenant will follow rules and regulation of society. d) In case tenant violates prescribed norms and indulge in any type of misconduct which will endanger the peaceful environment of society, the owner of flat will be responsible for it and will get flat vacated by the tenant after notice served upon him by the Secretary of AGRWA or will pay penalty of Rs.10, for each time such incident occurred which will be deducted through Radius system. 6. AGRWA staff The executive body of the AGRWA is authorize to appoint the staff for running the affairs of society the staff will include Manager 1 Assistant Manager 1 supervisor / electricians/ plumbersl housekeeping staff / Gardeners or any other staff they deem proper to run the affairs of society. The appointment of the staff will be through the secretary of AGRWA. The secretary of AGRWA will a) Invite application for appointment and will place them before the executive body for its consideration and will appoint applicant as per decision of Executive body. b) Fix salary as per decision of executive body against the said post. c) The staff will entitle for Medical leave 12 and casual leave of 7 during the financial year d) The staff will be entitle for 15 th August! 26 th January 1 oz- October 1 Holi / Diwali / Dushera holiday e) In case of holiday if staff is called for duty, over time facility will be applicable for such staff f) In no circumstances OT will be allowed to staff unless the same is permitted by the Secretary or President of AGRWA. g) In case of complaint against any staff of AGRWA, the same will be placed before the Executive body of AGRWA and its decision will be binding on the secretary to implement. 7. Voting Rights ofthe Member The flat owner as defined in the supplementary bye laws para -1 and sub para ( f ) as member will have right of voting in the election of the Executive Body of the AGRWA and that :- a) Each flat will have single vote and will be cast by owner of flat. b) In case of Joint ownership of flat, only single vote will be cast by either of the two in consultation with other.

DG Units & Grid units The DG units cost charged from the members will be calculated based on fuels consumed in month and the number of units generated by it or total units as per meter reading in total of all flats and Arcade markets consumed and in no matter any additional cost will be added in the unit cost of DG. The Grid unit will be actual payable by the members as charged by the Govt. Authority and fixed charges will be divided proportionally among all the members and Arcade market consumers. 9. Monthly Maintenance The monthly maintenance will be fixed by the GBM and executive body cannot change or alter it without the permission and approval from GBM. 10. Charges to be paid by AGRWA The AGRWA will be bound to pay the charges if:- a) Charges to legal counsel appointed by the Executive body of AGRWA, If any legal case is filed by member of society or shops of Ashiana Arcade against the Secretary, Executive body of AGRWA being legal authority or against any other member of Executive Body member of AGRWA during the tenure of the such Executive Body of AGRWA. The all the expenditure- will be given from AGRWA of the Executive members. b) Any charges raised on society by Govt. authority c) Any charges GBM may find proper or with its permission. 11. Penalty for violating rules of Society. Any member of the society found violating rules and norms of society can be penalized which may be RS.1000/- per term deduct through Radius system after same is intimated to the Member after:- a) The member is first warned by notice that member is violating rules and norms of society and should avoid to repeat the same. b) Waste Water will not discharge by member on Society Road if it will found the photograph will be take of such member house and penalty for Rs.1000 will be deduct from radius system. 12. Visitor Car Parking The visitor parking slots identified in the society as per builder plan is reserved for visitor parking and same will be offered to visitors visiting the society subject to :- a) The visitor car parked more than two days at visitor parking will be charged on daily basis and said charges as approved by GBM will be deducted from the member of society whom visitor has visited. b) If the visitor has parked his car on the reserved car parking of some other member and on the written complaint along with photograph of car parked of such member, penalty of RS.1000/- will be charged from member to whom visitor has visited 13. Unauthorized Made servant/driver/car washer / sweeper

5 a) No maid servant/driver/car washer/dhobi/sweeper are allowed to the society until unless the police verification along with required document will be submitted. If it will found the entry will be restrict of that person. b) If any flat owner/residents misbehave with security personals of the society for any reason for restrict of such un-authorized person and written complain received by AGRWA from security personal and same will be verify by the AGRWA executive body/secretary Rs.5000 penalty will be deduct through Radius systems of the said member/flat owner. 14. The Flat owner who sell their flats will pay RS to AGRWA and the new person who purchase flat will also pay Rs It will deduct through Radius systems or by Cheques only. No cash will be allowed. It is the responsibility of existing flat owner-to inform the new flat owner for the new transition charges. The old and new member will take no dues certificate from AGRWA. In case of existing member not paid the amount and also not informed to new member in such case AGRWA will debit the amount for RS of that flat through radius system and after payment of new member the electricity re-charge will be allowed. 15. Maintaining of beautification of Society It is the responsibility of the every flat owner/members to maintain the beautification of the society. No flat owner/ tenant are allowed to put the TV connection in their front balcony. It is mandatory to every flat owner to put the TV connection on water over head tank area and cable will be pass through shaft only. Before stating of the break work /alteration/modification work flat owner/ residents must take written approval from AGRWA. No such material will be allow/permissible in the society until induvial flat owner/member have taken approval. If any member will forcefully entered such material AGRWA will put penalty Rs.2S to such flat owner and will deduct from Radius Systems also no work will be allowed to the member and if necessary the AGRWA will lodge the FIR against such flat owner.

6 No flat owner are allowed to damage the common area like: staircase / House outside wall or putting their kitchen exhaust pipe from side wall. The exhaust pipe only allow at front balcony corner only. 16. The Flat owner/ members/shop owners who have not paid the maintenance charge from last three mounts. The interest will be years basis and it will device per month/per days of the said amount. Also it will deduct from Radius Systems only.
