3 Latest tax reforms Table FI.: Latest tax reforms Description of measure Change Date Personal income tax Amendment for non-residents taxed by assessment. Capital income up to EUR Both base and rate increase In force from: 01/01/ (EUR in ) is taxed at 30% and capital income over EUR is taxed at 33% (3% before 015).
