8 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 26 APRIL 2012 BOARD NOTICE 74 OF 2012 SA COUNCIL FOR THE PROPERTY VALUERS PROFESSION Publication of the finding and the sanction imposed in terms of section 33(3) and (5) of the Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000 (Act 47 of 2000) ("The Act") against a registered person The SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession appointed a disciplinary tribunal to conduct a disciplinary hearing in terms of section 32 of the said Act, against Messrs JD van Heerden (Senior and Junior) with registration nos. 1923/7 and 6709/8, respectively. The hearing was conducted on the following dates: 26 September 2011, 18 October 2011, 18 November 2011, 17 January 2012 and 5 March The hearing was conducted at the Council's offices in Pretoria.
