We counsel companies and academic institutions on all aspects of export controls and sanctions, including, in the United States, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the sanctions regulations maintained by the Treasury Department s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We also provide guidance on international export control regulations.
