15 DETAILS OF THE RIGHTS ISSUE A non-renounceable pro rata offer to Eligible Shareholders of Up to approximately 102,519,196 New Shares Issue price of 1 cent per New Share, on the basis of One (1) New Share for every two (2) Existing Shares held, and 51,259,598 free attaching New Options, on the basis of One (1) free attaching New Option for every two (2) New Shares subscribed for and issued To raise up to approximately $1,025,192 before costs

16 BROKER SHORTFALL INCENTIVE OFFER Broker Options offered for subscription under the Rights Issue Prospectus to brokers involved in the placement of any Shortfall under the Rights Issue 5% Brokerage Fee will be paid on all New Shares placed by Brokers under any Shortfall under the Rights Issue Up to approximately 20,500,000 Broker Options offered for NIL consideration to Brokers on the basis of 2,000,000 new Broker Options for every $100,000 worth of New Shares (or part thereof on a proportionate basis) placed under any Shortfall under the Rights Issue. Current Capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 permits the issue of approximately 11,848,259 Broker Options, as at the Prospectus date The Company will in the first instance issue Broker Options utilising its 15% capacity to the extent available.
