Reliable and dependable We administer structures established to hold a wide variety of real estate investments, including large scale developments, offices, retail parks, shopping centres, warehouses, residential blocks and leisure properties, as well as alternative assets such as health care centres, private rented sector ( PRS ) and student accommodation. We provide company secretarial, administration, director, accounting and reporting services to structures and funds established to hold UK and European real estate. Strength and depth Real Estate is at the heart of our business, we currently administer structures holding over US $50bn of real estate in the UK, Europe and North America. Our team is led by professionally qualified staff, including Chartered Surveyors, Lawyers, Accountants and Chartered Secretaries, with first-hand experience and a real understanding of the underlying assets. 4 Expertise in real estate, company and trust administration Crestbridge has built a multi-disciplinary team combining fund, corporate and real estate expertise that focuses on the Real Estate sector. We work with many leading firms and their advisers, providing a range of services spanning the whole property life cycle. As well as the full service fund administration offering, we provide bespoke solutions to portfolio companies and management incentive arrangements. Our transaction support services are tailored to deal with the most complex of acquisitions, re-financing, bond issuance and exits including IPOs. Accounting and co-ordination of European service providers for a US Private Equity Firm We assist with the management and reporting of the firm s European real estate portfolio by co-ordinating service providers and reporting directly into the US. We ensure consistency and clarity in the reporting and take the strain from their existing US based administration team to provide a UK centred focus for their European providers. Supporting Joint Venture relationships We provide administration, directorship and accounting services on a joint venture partnership between a pension fund and government owned Investment Company to Jersey and UK entities. The structure holds an iconic Grade-A office building, valued at over 400m located on London s South Bank. Experience with Syndicate of Middle Eastern investors We have particular experience of establishing Shari a compliant holdings for investment in a number of UK real estate and development projects, especially PRS and student accommodation. We have established company structures and provide ongoing administration services, including acquisition and development, to PRS developments in Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow containing over 1,000 apartments in total, which also include various mix use facilities and amenity space. With regards to student accommodation, we work with a number of providers and currently deliver ongoing administration services to nationwide facilities containing over 6,000 beds with a combined post development and total of 532m. Working with US and European investors We provide directorship, company secretarial and administration services to a Jersey property unit trust and six Jersey companies holding prime retail properties for a US and European investors. International Property Development Company mixed use scheme We established a Property Company and Holding Company for the development of a major residential and commercial scheme in London. The development which has circa 650 apartments, over 250,000sqft of offices principally in one building and 50,000sqft retail and leisure, has an anticipated GDV of 1.5bn High profile developments in Central London We are responsible for over 1.3bn assets on behalf of a North American fund. We have recently established a joint venture corporate structure, with the provision of directorship services, to facilitate the high-profile development of two office properties, which total over 500,000sqft, and the acquisition of six surrounding properties. 4 crestbridge.com
