2 John Rowan and Partners is an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy John Rowan and Partners have many long-standing clients with worldwide connections, this has resulted in us completing projects worldwide in the UAE, India, New Zealand and throughout Europe in France, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Sweden and Hungary. Our growing amount of work outside the UK resulted in the birth of John Rowan and Partners international. John Rowan and Partners International was formed through strategic alliance. The new company provides a range of construction consultancy services around the world with offices in the UK, Spain, New Zealand, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India, delivering a diverse range of projects, from hotels to royal palaces and border crossings to residential and leisure developments. 3 Working in Spain John Rowan and Partners LLP have formed a strategic alliance with Madrid based VMT & Associates S.L. to provide consultancy services. VMT Associates is an Independent building consultancy offering professional services to international companies. We believe that as professional consultants John Rowan and Partners and VMT Associates share the same values in seeking to build upon our reputation of having excellent technical consultancy capability, whilst maintaining an awareness of our clients' needs and requirements.

6 Hotels The Lowry Hotel, Manchester The Lowry Hotel was the first five star hotel in Manchester and one of only 20 hotels in the UK to be part of Leading Hotels of The World. Services included TDD and complete bedroom fit-out and repairs. Luxury Hotel, Marbella This new high luxury 5 star hotel exchanged hands prior to opening up. Services included compliance checks, TDD, construction defects solutions and design.

12 Meet the team Luis Zarraoa Associate Partner Luis is a chartered building surveyor and project manager at John Rowan & Partners International and leads the UK and Spain alliance. Luis has built up great knowledge over 20 years of working in the UK, Spain, Panama and Denmark. With experience on a broad range of projects including heritage building restoration and high spec refurbishment within the commercial, private and public sectors. Luis provides advice on stock development, providing feasibility studies up to project conception and completion, due diligence and defect analysis of property assets, in order to advise clients into improving their assets. 13 Meet the team Veronica Martin Director at VMT-Associates, Madrid Veronica leads the Spanish office and is a member of the RICS Iberia Board and of the Built Environment. She has also been involved in developing the "RICS Best Practice & Guidance Note for Technical Due Diligence of Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property in Continental Europe". Veronica s agility and flexibility enables her to remain close to our clients from the start of the project to its final delivery.
