2 HOW IT WORKS SELL GUNS, EARN POINTS, GET FREE GUNS THE PROGRAM FN America has set up this program to reward dealer sales associates for supporting our brand. For every qualified sale, you will earn points. You will be able to redeem your points for FREE FN guns. SUMMARY This FN Dealer Rewards Program is provided by FN America, LLC and is available to any eligible salesperson employed by a federally licensed firearms retailer that sells new FN brand firearms. During the specified time period, qualified retail salespersons will earn points for each new FN brand firearm sold to a consumer. Only the firearms that are specifically listed are eligible to earn points. NOTE: IF IT IS NOT LISTED, IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO EARN POINTS. Each eligible salesperson in the FN Dealer Rewards Program may redeem earned points for as many firearms as possible, subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All qualifying sales must be properly submitted to /DRP. All participants must read and comply with the terms and conditions. HOW TO SIGN UP AND PARTICIPATE Access the FN Dealer Rewards web page at /DRP. Sign up for an account by filling out all personal information requested. You will be required to provide proof of employment to sign up for an account. Once your account is set up, you can login to submit sales for points or redeem points for firearms. Select the correct product that was sold, this will have to match the page 3 of Form Upload a copy of page 3 from the ATF Form 4473 associated with the qualifying sale you are submitting. This copy must be in PDF or JPG file format. Once you have enough points to redeem your reward, select that model that you would like and Add it. You will be required to submit a copy of your FFL with each reward redemption. Page 2

5 Questions & Answers Q- How can I get access to sell sheets and images to support promoting and selling FN firearms? A- Go to fnamerica.com/dealer-portal/ and sign up for our dealer portal. The dealer portal has everything you need. Q- How long does the process take? A- Once you have submitted everything to redeem a firearm, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Q- What if the firearm that I would like to redeem is not in stock? A- We will notify you to choose another firearm, or you will be added to a wait-list and will get your item when it becomes available. Q- It is easier for me to submit the sales logs from work, can I use that instead of the 4473? A- No, only page 3 of Form 4473 will be accepted and approved. Q- Can the employees in my store share sales? A- No, this is an individual sales program. Please do not submit sales that you did not make yourself. Duplicate sales will be deleted. Q- Why do you need my social security number? A- Prizes awarded over a certain amount are subject to be taxed. If you are over that amount by the end of the year, you will received a 1099 form from FN. Q- We get guns shipped from you all the time, why do I need to send you a copy of my FFL? A- We ship a lot of guns, and FFLs expire. It saves everyone at FN time and cuts down on the time needed to process rewards. Q- Can I submit Winchester and Browning sales for points? A- No, only FN brand firearms can be used for the FN Dealer Rewards Program. 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions apply to the 2017 FN Dealer Rewards Program: Eligible Salespersons. To be eligible for the FN Dealer Rewards Program, you must be at least 21 years of age and a salesperson legally employed by a retail firearms dealer (your Employer ) that has a valid, active, and current federal firearms license. Your Employer must (1) have a regular place of business, (2) maintain regular business hours, and (3) offer for sale FN brand firearms to the shooting public. Where applicable, your Employer must also have a state resale tax number. You may be required to provide proof of employment. Qualifying Firearms. Only new FN brand firearms sold between March 31, 2017 and 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2017 qualify for the FN Dealer Rewards Program. Pre-owned, used, and law enforcement tax exempt sales do not qualify for this program. (see FN Dealer Rewards Program brochure for the list of qualifying firearms and points needed for redemption). Sold. A qualifying firearm is sold when the consumer s ATF Form 4473 is submitted and approved, and the consumer takes possession of the firearm. Once this process is completed, you may access the FN Dealer Rewards webpage and submit the sale for point qualifying points. Only one eligible salesperson may submit a claim for each qualifying sale. The FN Dealer Rewards Webpage. The FN Dealer Rewards webpage is located at Fnamerica.com/drp. Qualifying Sales. All qualifying sales must be submitted through the FN Dealer Rewards webpage between March 31, 2017 and 11:59 PM EST on December 31, Any submission that is late, incomplete, or otherwise deficient will not be counted. Any sale submitted after 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2017 will not be counted. You will not earn any points for a sale that is not counted. Participants may not trade, sell, combine, or exchange points with each other or with anyone else. You may resubmit an improperly completed submission form any time before 11:59 PM EST on December 31, Lost, stolen, misdirected, missing, damaged, or destroyed submissions. FN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected, missing, damaged, or destroyed submissions. Substitute Rewards. If the FN Dealer Rewards Program reward you selected is unavailable, FN reserves the right to substitute a firearm or accessory of equal or greater value. Receiving Your Rewards. FN Dealer Rewards Program rewards will be shipped at FN s expense. FN will ship your reward(s) to your Employer. You must provide FN with any information necessary to process your reward and ship the firearm. You are responsible for any transfer fees or other fees charged by your FFL. To redeem a reward, you must be lawfully allowed to own and possess a firearm, you must complete and submit a Form 4473 to your FFL, and you must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Verification. FN must verify each of your submitted qualifying sales and program points before you can redeem a reward. Any submitted sale(s) or point(s) that cannot be properly verified will be voided and removed from your total points. Local, State, and Federal Laws. The FN Dealer Rewards Program is subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All rewards must be shipped to an FFL. Rewards cannot be claimed or shipped to any FFL in a jurisdiction that prohibits the sale, ownership, or possession of the reward. Prior to participating in this program, ensure that you may lawfully redeem the rewards. IRS Form Any participant who redeems points for rewards with an individual or combined value of $600 or more must complete an IRS Form W-4 so that FN may issue you an IRS Form 1099 in accordance with federal law. The value of any firearm or accessory will be determined based on FN s distributor pricing in effect at the time the reward is released for shipment. The IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the combined value of all rewards shipped by FN to you in a given calendar year. FN s Right to Amend or Cancel. FN reserves the right to amend or cancel the FN Dealer Rewards Program at any time. FN also reserves the right to suspend or revoke any individual s participation in the Dealer Rewards Program at any time if FN determines, in its sole discretion, that the individual has failed to abide by or follow the terms and conditions set forth herein. This program is void where prohibited by law and is only valid within the United States. Forfeiture of Points; No Cash Value. Any points not redeemed by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2017 or otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein will be forfeited. FN Dealer Rewards Program points have no cash value. PARTICIPATION IN THE FN DEALER REWARDS PROGRAM IS VOLUNTARY. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE PROVISIONS LISTED ABOVE. Page 6
