Hearing and approving the Board s report for the year ended 31st of December 2009 and discussing and approving the company s future business plans. 2. 3 Agenda for Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting Items 1. Approve the amendment of the last sentence of the 2nd paragraph of Article 41of the Articles of Association to read as follows: Invitation to the meeting shall be made by announcement in at least two daily local Arabic newspapers and in Qatar Exchange website 15 days prior to the date of the meeting. In addition to that, the announcement may be made in other daily newspaper, local or foreign, issued in Arabic or any other language, whenever there is a need to do so. 2. Approve the amendment of Article 42 from the Articles of Association to read as follows: The meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly shall not be valid unless it is attended by a number of shareholders representing at least 50 of the capital. If the quorum is short of this requirement, another meeting shall be called within 15 days following the previous one. The invitation shall be in same manner as provided for in Article 41 and must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of the meeting.
