Shafiqur Rahman, Managing Director of Mutual Trust Bank Limited, Mr. Ali Reza Iftekhar, Managing Director of Eastern Bank Limited, Mr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, CEO of IT Consultant Limited and Mr. Md. Yeasin Ali, Managing Director of were present on the occasion.

2 (DBBL) and Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) have jointly signed an agreement for installation of Co-Branded ATM booths at the branch premises of Mutual Trust Bank Limited in a ceremony held at the Head Office of MTB on February 25, Mr. Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Managing Director of Mutual Trust Bank Limited and Mr. Md. Yeasin Ali, Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions. Among others, the senior executives of both the (DBBL) signed ATM sharing agreement with The City Bank Limited at a ceremony held in the Head Office of DBBL on January 31, Mr. K. Mahmud Sattar, Managing Director of The City Bank Limited and Mr. Md. Yeasin Ali, respective Banks.

3 (DBBL) signed ATM sharing agreement with First Security Bank Limited at a ceremony held in the Head Office of DBBL on February 14, Mr. A. A. M. Zakaria, Managing Director of First Security Bank Limited and Mr. Md. Yeasin Ali, respective Banks. Among others, the senior executives of both the organizations were present at the signing ceremony. (DBBL) signed an agreement for mobile i-top-up (instant load through SMS) and SMS & Alert banking with City Cell - the first cellular phone providers of the country at the Head Office of City Cell on June 05, Under this agreement, DBBL will also collect mobile bills from City Cell subscribers through its wide spread network of ATM, POS Terminals and Internet Banking System.

Among others, the senior executives of both the (DBBL) and Citibank, N.A. signed an agreement for disbursement of Citibank remittince to the Beneficiary Accounts and Correspondent arrangement for receivables management on June 30, 2008.
