1 NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENTS Mr Robert Vagnoni Mr Robert Vagnoni has offered his resignation from the Board of MGT Resources Limited ( MGT or The Company ) in line with the announcement to the ASX on 19 th December 2014, that upon shareholder approval of transactions involving Auskong International Mining Investment Co., Limited, one current Non-Executive Director of MGT would retire from the board of MGT upon the appointment of the two new Auskong International Mining Investment Co., Limited Non-Executive Directors. The Board of MGT has accepted his resignation. Mr Robert Vagnoni was a Non-Executive Director from February 2011 to April The Board of MGT sincerely thank Robert for his valued contribution to the MGT Board during his time with the Company and wish him well for the future. Dr Zhang holds a Post-Doctoral Degree in Geological Science from the Institute of Geological Science and Environmental Engineering, Central South University (CSU), Hunan Province, China. He has conducted Post-Doctoral Research in Metallurgical Engineering and Geological Engineering at CSU. He is presently a Professor of Geology and Mineral Exploration at CSU. Prior to this, Dr Zhang was President of Donia Resources Co., Limited, Beijing, China where he was responsible for exploration of overseas operations in Canada, Laos and Ethiopia from From 2005 to 2009 he was Senior Geologist and Manger of the Business Development Department, Vale, Shanghai, China where he was responsible for technical support of iron ore and coal projects. He has also worked as a Senior Geologist for Anglo American Group, Beijing, China from evaluating Ni-Cu sulphide mineral projects and other base metals. Mr Christopher Chen Mr Christopher Chen has agreed to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of MGT Resources Limited. Mr Chen has a M.A in Administration from Central Queensland University. He worked for Otis Elevator Company, Tianjin, China, as Project Coordinator in 2002 and was sent to Egypt to work for Electricity de France (EDF) on their Suez Canal and the Port Said Power Plants. He returned to Australia in 2006 and was working as Business Banking Associate for Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA). Chris left CBA in 2009 and has been involved in commodity trading and Financial Services to small and medium size companies in the resource sector and is now based in Beijing, China.
