6 6 CERTIFICATION FOR FOREIGN TAX COMPLIANCE I/We declare that the information provided on this form, to the best of my/our knowledge and belief, is correct and complete. I/We agree to submit a new form within 30 days if any certification made on this form becomes incorrect. Where legally obliged to do so, I/We hereby consent to the recipient sharing this information with the relevant tax authority.
