1 To Share holder Members of Janakalyan Sahakari Bank Ltd. Additional Share subscription to be made to conform with the amended Bye - Laws. The Bye-Laws of the Bank have been amended at the Special General Meeting held on and the same have been duly approved by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies vide letter dt As per the amended Bye Law No.11of the Bank, to be an Ordinary Member, the minimum share holding has to be 100 shares. According to Bye Law No.15, in order to be an Active Member, a Member has to fulfill both the following criteria:- i) To attend at least one General Body Meeting in the previous five consecutive years, ii) To utilize the minimum level of services as provided in Bye-Law No 15 viz. a Member must have Minimum Share Capital holding of ` 1500/- (i.e., 150 shares of `10/- each) and Minimum Deposit of ` 7000/- or Loan of ` 1,00,000/-. A Member who does not attend at least one meeting of the General Body as above or does not utilize minimum level of services as prescribed in the Bye-Laws mentioned in (ii) above shall be classified as non-active Member. Further the Members are to be classified as Active Members and Non- Active Members depending on fulfillment of certain conditions as regards participating in affairs of the Bank and utilizing minimum level of services. We now call upon you to take note of the above provisions and subscribe to the amount of additional shares as required by the amended Bye-Laws so as to hold minimum 100 shares if you wish to be an Ordinary Member or if you wish to be an Active Member, you may subscribe for additional shares so as to hold minimum 150 shares besides utilizing minimum level of services as stated above. We appeal to you to apply for the additional shares by and for this purpose, you may approach any convenient branch and complete the necessary formalities as detailed in the Annexure.

2 Formalities to be completed for taking additional shares:- Obtain Additional Share application slip from the branch and fill in all details. For the purpose of updation as per KYC norms, please submit - Three photographs - Photo Identification proof PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, NREGA card, Election Card. - Residence Proof Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, NREGA card, Election Card. Updated mobile number Make payment of the required share amount in Cash, Cheque, NEFT or account transfer.
