1 Licence Registers Details Licence for The Brewery on Chiswell Street, Conference Hall And Function Rooms, The Whitbread Brewery, 52 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4SA Applicant Licence Type Licence The Brewery On Chiswell Street Premises Licence 26th September 2016 Licence Conditions CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE--- 1) The following activities are permitted under the terms of this licence: a) Consumption of alcohol on the premises or the taking or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises--- b) The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered.--- c) The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied ) The premises may be used for the provision of private entertainment as previously permitted under the Private Places of Entertainment (Licensing) Act ) Permission is given for the playing of recorded music.--- 4) Permission is given for the premises to open for all licensed activities from the commencement of trading on New Years Eve until the end of trading on New Years Day.--- CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT--- Public music and dancing (including entertainment of the like kind) may take place at the above named premises on Weekdays & s subject to compliance with the relevant City of London rules of management relating to the management of places of public entertainment and to the following additional conditions:--- 5) An attendant shall be on duty in the cloakroom, for the purposes of safety and fire prevention, during the whole time that the public are on the premises.--- 6) Wheelchairs shall be admitted to the premises only in accordance with the Corporation of London's letter dated May 20th ) Where door supervisors are employed at the premises a register shall be maintained in which the name, SIA registration number and signature of all door supervisors employed shall be entered on a daily basis. Each entry must be verified by signature of the manager or such other person authorised by the management to do so. The register shall be available at all times for inspection by an officer of the City of London or Police ) The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at any one time on the premises shall not exceed 1950 made up as follows: FIRST FLOOR TOTAL Upper Sugar Room Porter Tun Room OR--- When the Upper Sugar Room is not in use for a separate assembly of persons the Porter Tun Room may accommodate 900 persons.--- GROUND FLOOR TOTAL Lower Sugar Room Queen Charlotte Room King George III Room OR --- When the Lower Sugar Room is not in use for a separate assembly of persons the King George III Room may accommodate 520 persons.--- OR--- When the Queen Charlotte Room is not in use for a separate assembly of persons the King George III Room may accommodate 580 persons.--- CELLARS TOTAL City Cellars Smeaton Vaults--- (King & Queen Vaults) James Watt Room ?
