5 UNIVERSITY SERVICE Faculty Coordinator, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, January 2006-April 2013 Supervised annual program co-sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and the School of Law that provided free federal and state tax return preparation assistance to low-to moderate-income taxpayers in the Rockbridge County area.
