2 1 Trade Home Page Nest3 Web Home page displays menu icons that directly links to the following pages. a) Market Watch. b) Trade Express/ Streamer. c) My Alerts. d) Index Chart. e) Online IPO

3 Market Watch NEST3 Web allows investors to configure their favorite securities in the Market watch. Below the market watch in the same page there is the Put Order Window from where the investors can place orders. Users can either select the Security by using the radio button provided in MW or they can directly select it from the Put Order window. On submitting the Order the investor will be shown the important parameters of the Order and also asked to give his Transaction Password. The Order will be placed only if the Transaction Password matches.

4 Enabling Trade Express To enable the Trade Express option in web, the user has to check mark the WEBS option in Entity Manager for the particular user in Nest Trader. After enabling, the user would be able to see the Trade Xpress option in the Trade tab for Web.

5 To Create Market Watch User can create Market Watch using the option Set MW in the Market Watch Window. Once user clicks on CreateMW, the following window appears which allows user to give a custom name to MW.

6 After the MW name is given, the following window appears where user can add scrips into the MW Add Scrip The user can add the required scrips to the Market Watch using this window. Select the scrip need to be added, from the list 'Company Name'. Click on 'Add' button to populate the required scrip in the 'Selected Company' list. 'Remove' button can be used to remove the selected scrip. Click on 'Add to Market Watch' button will finally add all the selected scrips to the Market Watch.

7 Order Book The Order Book lists current orders and their status. User can view the order using the filter option in terms of Exchange, Trading Symbol, Order Type, Order Status and Product Code. The Investor can modify an Open Order using Modify Order option, Cancel an Open Order using Cancel Order option and view the History of order using Order History option.

8 Order History User can view the history of the particular order by selecting it in Order Book and using the Order History option in Order Book

9 Modify Order An 'Open' order can be modified using the 'Modify Order' button present in the Order Book. The Orders which are in status 'Canceled' or 'Rejected' cannot be modified.

10 Trade Book Trade Book displays the Investor s executed Trades. User can view the order using the filter option in terms of Exchange, Trading Symbol, Order Type, and Product Code. The Investor can view the History of order using Order History option.

11 Position Conversion The 'Product Type' of an order can be changed using the 'Position Conversion' button present in the Trade Book.

12 Ticker The ticker window displays the prices of securities on a real time basis. The User can customize the ticker to display only the securities based on particular Exchange Segment or based on the securities present in MW.

13 AMO Users can place After Market Orders using AMO option. The client can place the orders and on the next 'market open' these orders would be sent for RMS validation and on successful validation the orders would be sent to the exchange. After Market Orders will be sent to exchange at opening of next session.

14 Get Quote The Get Quote feature enables Investors to retrieve real-time quotes on securities.

15 MBP The Market picture displays the Market By Order and the Market by Price. The purpose of Market By Price is to enable the investor to view the Best Five Buy Rate and Sell Rates. It also gives information regarding the Total Buy Order Quantity, Total Sell Order Quantity, Weighted Average Price, Total Trade Volume, and Total Trade Value etc.

16 Contract Info This option displays information about the scrip.

17 Intraday The Intra Day charts display Intra Day movement of Index and Securities. The Intra Day Security Chart displays 3 inter-related graphs: Trade price, Trade size and Cumulative Traded Volume.

22 Opt Calc Option Calculator is used to estimate the theoretical value and implied volatility of both the call and put option with the chosen strike price

23 Span Calc Comes integrated with the Portfolio Analysis Component to calculate the margins based on the parameter file given by the exchange. The administrator has to upload the latest SPAN parameter file, then in real time during the order placement it calculates the margin requirement for the whole portfolio of that particular account. Also calculates whether there is enough cash available to cover the Premium requirements of the Client For the initial margin requirements it takes into account the Collateral held by the client.

24 Once the user clicks on Go button, the following window appears:

25 3 Position Positions The user can check corresponding orders from this window. Position screen displays the MTM & BEP value for every position. By default the net position displays Day-wise positions. By selecting the Netwise option, the carry forward positions and day-wise positions can be viewed.

26 Limits Displays the RMS Limits for that particular user.

27 Holdings This window displays the holdings with a client for various scrips across NSE and BSE segments across different products Also RMS allows the user to sell these when the client specifies the Delivery product along with the order.

28 4 Fund Transfer The system would have the ability to interface with the different banks from the Payment Gateway. Thus the Payment Gateway service allows Investor Client to transfer funds instantly from the bank account to the trading account. Payin Using this option client can transfer money from his personal bank account to his Trading account.

29 Pay out Using this option client can make online request for fund payout.

30 Transfer Status User can check the payin/payout status using this option.

31 5 Alerts Set Alerts The ATM (Alert Trigger Manager) allows the users to set alerts on any securities. Using this option user would be able to intimate the ATM to keep track of the parameters and alert them on different listed parameters.

32 Alerts History Using this option user can view the already set alerts for particular security.

33 6 Account Change Password User can change the login password as well as the transaction password using this option.

34 Get LogMessage Displays the log information on the operations done by particular investor client. All this information is stored in ROTH.

35 User Profile Displays the information of a investor client such as the contact, bank and personal details.

36 7 Trade Express The streamer will be able to give real time streaming quotes for both BSE and NSE. The user will be able to configure the scrip, which he wants on the screen. The user can also click on the scrip on which he wants to place the order and then place order on it. The response of the order will be displayed in the log message window.

40 Holdings Normal Basket Users can place basket orders using this option.

41 Settings This option allows the users to customize the columns being used in Express Market Watch Window. Color Used to change the color of the text in Market Watch, along with the change of background and foreground color.

42 Font Chooser Used to change the font display, style and size in the Market Watch Grid Lines Used to change the color of the Gridlines being used in the Market Watch.
