6 AASTOCKS.com LIMITED Page 5 of Introduction Market Intelligence Express (MIE) is a multi-window financial information application to deliver real-time market data on your PC through Internet. You can open three to six windows for each category and freely enlarge or reduce the size of each window to fit the screen. Its content includes Cash Market, Futures, Options, Quotes, News and incorporating with Analytics, Charts, and more intelligent decision support tools. These professional level innovative tools help you succeed in today s fast-paced market. This manual describes the functions and features of the Quote Winner system and informs you how to get market quotes, news and do research. Users must install the software to run MIE. After installation, the software can be run by clicking icon on the desktop or MIE in the program file in the computer. MIE contains the following categories: 1. A pull-down menu appears when you click on the category button, such as Securities(HK), Futures(HK) or Tools. They are: Top 20 Net Gainers/ Losers, Percentage Gainers/ Losers, Turnover, Volume, of Stock/ Warrants/ GEM, and 52-week High/ Low. They are Hang Seng Index, Index Futures, HSI Options, Index & Turnover, Stock Options, Most Active Options, Summary, Exercised Trades, Government Bond Index, MSCI Index, Listed Equity Index (ELI) and Index of ELI Issuers. 22 AASTOCKS.com LIMITED Page 21 of Streamer Streamer provides real-time streaming of up to 25 stock quotes, flashing for fields with updated data. Information includes Company Name, Opening Price, Current Price, Change in $/%, Bid/ Ask Price, Bid/Ask Volume, Bid/Ask Trend, Volume, Turnover, PE/PRE, GEAR and Hi/Lo. Figure Streamer Screen Select the stock to display (a) Type the stock code in the Stock Code Text Box and then press Enter. After inserting all stock codes, then press APPLY. The information about the selected stocks will be shown. (b) Press SAVE and then all the type-in stock codes will be saved. (c) Press CLEAR to clear all selected stock(s) Additional rows (a) There are only 10 rows showing in the Streamer Screen, press Add ROW to add up to 25 rows. (b) Columns can be adjusted up to your choice Presentation of portfolios (a) To have a clear presentation of stocks into different portfolios, just leave the row blank by not entering any numbers in the Stock Code Text Box

24 AASTOCKS.com LIMITED Page 23 of ChartWinner Chart Winner Pro allows you to track real-time market data, compares and does analysis. The up-to-the-second update and easy to use interface enable you to keep track of the market trend closely. It can provide you charts in daily, weekly, monthly time intervals, create charts in 1-min, 3-min, 5-min, 10-min, 15-min, 30-min, hourly, daily, weekly and monthly time intervals. At the same time, you can find the support and resistant price level. Figure ChartWinner Screen The Left Tool Bar mainly helps you to analyze the chart in a more clear way. The Top Tool Bar lets you to choose the time interval and chart type for displaying the charts. Moreover, you can set parameters for technical analysis of your charts by putting mouse over particular chart and right clicking to show the menu for your choice. Please refer to Chart Winner Pro User Manual (Version 1.01)

Block Trade contains information about total block trades, the block trades over market price, the block trades under market price, and a list of all block trades transactions. (b) An amount of turnover or number of shares exceeding five hundred thousand is shown. Users can sort the transactions by clicking on the name of each column. Figure Block Trades Screen

Figure Real-time streaming warrants data of an underlying stock To display linked warrants (a) Enter the underlying stock code and then press "Enter" or click the "Confirm" button. It begins to receive the real-time streaming quote of the underlying and the display will be automatically populated with the linked warrants of the underlying stock. (b) The number next to Linked Warrants tells the total number of warrants related to the underlying. The window displays maximum up to 15 warrants each page at a time, and the Backward and Forward buttons are clickable to move page by page. (c) Click on the check box next to Call Warrants or Put Warrants to see call or put warrants only

Or You can filter out the warrants by clicking the "Filter" button and put those filtered warrants into the text box under Excluded Warrants. 29 AASTOCKS.com LIMITED Page 28 of Colour When the fields flash green, it means the current values of the items are higher than the previous ones. Conversely, when the fields flash red, it means the current values of the items are lower than the previous values; however, for the items of Bid Size, Ask Size and Volume, when they receive data updates, they flash orange. The Change field indicates green when the current price is higher than or equal to the previous close. It indicates red when the current price is lower than the previous close Money & Time Value Money & Time value is an indicator to illustrate the outstanding days (remaining trading days) and moneyness (the degree that a warrant is in the money/out of the money). (a) Time value The length of the bar represents the length of the outstanding period of the warrant while the number represents the days to maturity. The days to maturity mean the number of days remaining until the warrant expiries. For the full length of the bar, it represents the last 200 outstanding days of the warrant. The shorter the bar is, the less the trading days remains. For the warrant with more than 200 outstanding days, the bar reaches its full. (b) Moneyness The colour of the bar indicates the depth of the moneyness of the warrant. Moneyness measures how far the strike price of the warrant is from the prevailing price of the underlying spot. To explain the colour of the bar, we set the following palette:

Moreover, Futures and Option Market Depth even provide detailed bid/ask queues. It shows all the buying and selling orders of the broker listed in the broker queues. You can see stock codes, bid/ask price levels and number of orders

Highlighted brokers will be shown in red colour. Filtered brokers will remain while the others will be filtered away in the bid/ask broker queues

Apart from clicking under Tools, you can also display it by clicking under Window or bottom Tool Bar. (b) Enter values into the input boxes of Above/Below, Up$/Down$, Up%/Down%, Bid/Ask, and Volume to set the alerts. (c) Tick the box at top right-hand corner to select alerting by sound or pop-up window or both. (d) You can also choose Remove All to remove all setting, Re/De-activate to re-activate or de-activate price alert of particular stock, Save Setting to save all price alert you have set or Stop All to stop all price alerts. Alert Tips: Above trigger an alert if the price goes up above this value Below trigger an alert if the price goes down below this value Up$/Down$ trigger an alert if the price goes up/goes down more than this dollar amount (based on previous day close) Up%/Down% trigger an alert if the price goes up/goes down more than this percentage (based on previous day close) Bid trigger an alert if the bid price falls below or equals the input of the value Ask trigger an alert if the ask price goes up above or equals the input of the value Volume trigger an alert if the daily trading volume exceeds this amount Figure Price Alert pop-up window

Moreover, you can choose searching company in GEM or Main Board only. The status of the company such as being suspended or active will also be shown. The latest news and report of block trades will be shown automatically. 6.1 AA Market Move Monitor You can click All Categories to view news of all market movements or Select Categories to view particular categories of news and reports related to price fluctuation, price rise or drop, suspension/resumption or block trades. You can choose which category of data being included in your own layout. In doing so, you can enlarge or reduce the size of windows to fit the screen. After checking, a pop-up window will appear to notify you the latest version of MIE
