2 How to access ZNet Plus program ZNet Plus is the real time program that is designed and developed from Microsoft Silverlight technology to support a wide variety of Browser such as Internet Explorer, FireFox and Safari etc. Clients must have to install Microsoft Silverlight program into your computer before accessing to ZNet Plus Program. How to install Microsoft Silverlight If your computer has not been installed Silverlight program, please download and install Silverlight program as below: 1. Download Microsoft Silverlight program at 2. Or install Microsoft Silverlight program on Go to Real Time Menu and Click at ZNet Plus Click at Download Silverlight Program. 4 Remark : if you have any problems please contact our support team for more information at technicalsupport@ktzmico.com or Stock Watcher ZNet Plus Program Stock Watcher is considered as one-stop-page that provides real-time stock quote, ticker, SET index movement, and trading functions. 1 To view stock information such as full stock name, sector and price movement details, simply type in a stock symbol in the symbol box and click View button or press Enter as shown below. 5 The definitions of symbols shown in the Flag column are as followed: H (Trading Halt): Trading in the security is halted for a maximum period of one trading session. This may be because of: 1. Critical changes or major events concerning a listed company which have occurred during trading hours. The firm involved must then clarify the situation with the SET immediately. 2. Trading conditions (e.g., price fluctuations) which indicate that some investors may have received important news or information about a listed company before it was formally disseminated to the public. 3. Trading which may have been halted at the request of the issuer in order to allow for clarification of a major development or for a news announcement to be made during trading hours. 4. Major events which may critically influence the ARMS trading system. Remarks: The Halt Sign may be removed at any time during the trading session, if deemed appropriate by the SET, and/or following clarification or resolution of the situation. SP (Trading Suspension): Trading in the security is being suspended for more than one trading session. This may be because of: 1. Replacement of the NP sign by the SP sign, following the failure of the issuer to adhere to SET disclosure regulations. 2. Failure of the issuer to follow regulations or to provide adequate explanation in the event its share price changes without legitimate reason. 3. Failure of the issuer to submit required financial statements within the period specified by the SET. 4. The listed securities of the listed company are under delisting consideration or improving their status to eliminate within the period specified by the SET. 5. The listed securities are to become due for redemption or conversion or exercise of right. 6. There is any other event which may seriously affect the trading of any listed securities. NP (Notice Pending): NR (Notice Received): NC (Non-Compliance): ST (Stabilization): XR (Excluding Right): XD (Excluding Dividend): XW (Excluding Warrant): XA (Excluding All): F (Flag): TA (Trade Alert List): TZ (KTZICO Turnover Lists): The SET is awaiting the disclosure of additional information from the issuer or the information which has been received is incomplete or unclear. Sufficient disclosure of the additional information, as requested by the SET, has been made by the issuer. The securities of a listed company that may be delisted The stock that being in the process of shares purchased for delivery of the over-allotted shares Buyer is not entitled to subscribe for new shares. Buyer is not entitled to receive dividend. Buyer is not entitled of Warrants to purchase shares. Buyer is not entitled to all type. Margin Account cannot trade this stock. SET has revised the regulation of the market surveillance criteria under the subject of irregular trading. 6 2 The box on the left displays the five best bid and offer prices and volumes of stock. On the right hand side, the real-time ticker is shown as picture below. 3 You are able to view the Most Active, Gainer/Loser, Most Swing, Trade Alert List, Trade Alert List-DW or Day Trade stocks and you can set up your own favorite groups. To view most active, gainer/loser or most swing stocks, simple choose from the combo box. SET has revised the regulation of the market surveillance criteria under the subject of irregular trading by inducing the Trading Alert List with the aim to increase the measure of risk investment protection for investors. 7 *Remark: Cash Account (20% Collateral): The stock is prohibited for credit line calculation. Credit Balance: The stock is accepted as collateral for maintenance margin (MM) but prohibited in credit line calculation due to its initial margin (IM) adjusted to 100%. *How to create your own favorite group 1) To create your own favorite group; Click [ + ] to add a favorite group. Click [ - ] to delete favorite group. Note: Maximum 10 stocks in each group. 2) There are two methods that you can add stocks into your favorite group. Method 1 Type a symbol stock in box and then click Add or press Enter. To delete stock from the list, simply click on its name and then click Del. Method 2 Click at Manage Favorite in order to add or delete stock into/from your favorite. To add stock in favorite group - Add one stock: simply select stock on the left hand side and then click [>]. - Add more than one stock at once: simply select all stocks and then click [>>]. - You are able to search stocks from each sector and add to your list by click at Show Filter. To delete stock in Favorite group - Delete stock(s) in Favorite group: simply click [<<] or [<]. - Clear stock(s) as you chose: simply click CLEAR - Re-arrange position: simply select at that stock and click Up or Down. 11 4 Ticker: To view stocks movement in real time. 1) To view all stocks movement of entire market, please select All. 2) To view stocks movement from your favorite group, simply select the group name from the Combo box. 3) To view sum of executed orders of each stock, simply click Sum. Remark: Ticker will not be shown any executed transaction of stocks during the market closed. KT ZMICO Securities Company Limited 10

12 5 This part is called Order Entry. How to place trading order To choose order type; select Buy, Sell, Short or Cover Short. Simply key in stock symbol, quantity and price. Remark: The board lot is 100 shares. The quantity must be board lot or odd lot. Each board lot is 100 shares while odd lot is less than 100 shares. There are five conditions for specify Price with the following conditions: 1. To specify in digit number such as To specify in MP/MO/ML condition; MP (Market Price Order): - A market price order is an order to buy or sell a stock at the best available price. The order can be matched at more than one price level. - Unmatched quantity (if any) will be converted to a limit order at price of one tick better than the last executed price. - Special market order is allowed during open session only. MO (Market Order): - A market order is an order to buy or sell a stock at the best available price. The order can be matched at more than one price level. - Unmatched quantity (if any) will be automatically cancelled. - Market order is allowed during open session only. ML (Market to Limit Order): - A market-to-limit order is submitted as a market order to execute at the current best market price only. - Unmatched quantity (if any) will be converted to a limit order at price equal to the last executed price. - Market-to-limit order is allowed during open session only. 3. 13 ATO (At-the-open-order): An order to buy or sell a stock at the opening price. ATO order is allowed during pre-open sessions (morning and afternoon). ATC (At-the-close-order): An order to buy or sell a stock at the closing price. ATC order is allowed during pre-close session only. There are three conditional orders for Validity ; 1. To specify in DAY condition; DAY: An order with a day validity remains valid until the end of the trading day. 2. To specify in IOC condition; IOC (Immediate-or-Cancel): An order to buy or sell a stock immediately at a specific price (limit order) on the condition that, if there is any remaining volume unmatched, the remaining volume will be revoked. IOC is allowed only open session only and is not allowed to use with Iceberg order or any market order type. 3. To specify in FOK condition; FOK (Fill-or-Kill): An order to buy or sell the whole ordered volume at a specific price (limit order). FOK is allowed only open session and not allowed to use with Iceberg order or any market order type. If such conditions cannot be met, the order is revoked. PB Vol (Publish Volume): An order to buy or sell a stock with an ordered volume of at least 10 board lots (mostly 1,000 shares) and it will be published in equally specified volume the order volume in the ARMS. When the published portion of the ordered volume is executed, the next remaining portion is placed in the queue until the whole ordered volume has been executed. NVDR (Non-Voting Depository Receipt):Foreign investors are strongly recommended to check at NVDR box when buying stocks on the local board as the foreign investors will be entitled to financial benefits such as dividend, right issue and warrant excluded voting right. It is compulsory to enter your PIN ID before clicking on Send to send the order. KT ZMICO Securities Company Limited 12

14 Save Pin option: Simply check at the save box to speed up your order placing time. Remark: If you close the ZNet Plus program or leave your screen, the system will automatically remove your PIN ID for security purposed. As a result, you have to enter your PIN ID again. To speed up your order placing time, simply check at the Don t Show Confirm box to dismiss the auto message asking to re-confirm your order details. You can simply speed up the trading process of stocks by double click on the Bid/ Offer price. It will automatically appear in the trading section. 3. View Order / View News Click View Order to check your order at status box. The definitions of symbols shown in the Status column are as followed. M (Matched) = The order has already been executed. Please also check the quantity matched at Match Vol. O (Open) = The order is sent to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and it is in the queue awaiting for execution. PO (Pending Order) = The order is pending by the system and not yet submits to the market. PX (Pending Cancel) = The order is pending for cancellation by the system. X (Cancelled) = The order is completely cancelled. R (Rejected) = The order is rejected by the system. Please recheck your order or double click at status R, the system will show the reason why your order was rejected. Click View News to get real time from SET, BIZNEWS, and IQNEWS. 15 Note : Point the mouse cursor at "Time" you want to see. You will see Trade Date, Trade Time and Last Update. Click View Order and mark at yur order no. Remark: You can mark more than one order for one time cancellation. Please enter your PIN ID and click CANCEL The X sign will be shown in the status. If it shows PX, please contact your marketing officer. How to Change Order Mark at your order No. Please enter your PIN ID and click CHANGE Then, you can change Number of Share and Unit Price. After that, click at Submit as the picture below. 4. To view real time movement such as SET, SET100, SET50, sset, SETHD and MAI along with their market values at the bottom of the page. 16 DW Stock Watcher This page displays Derivative Warrant information such as real time quote, ticker, the five best bid/ best offer prices, favorites, and the trading functions. 1 To view Derivative Warrant information such as the name of underlying stock, the issuer company and the real time quote. 2 The box on the left displays the five best bid and offer prices and volumes of Derivative Warrant. Remark: : To view intraday Derivative Warrant charts. : To view the stock information such as company report, company profile, trading information, stock information and Benefit, etc. : To view historical graph up to one year with MA (Moving Average) of 3 lines. : To view technical chart (Bisnews) 4 To view Most Active Derivative Value, Most Active Derivative Volume, Gainer/Loser Derivative or Most Derivative Swing, simply choose from combo box. To view intraday Derivatives Warrant chart, click on the Derivatives Warrant and then click. *How to create your own favorite group You can create your own favorite group by the same method as page 6 (Subject: How to create your own favorite group). Symbol B S U Meaning Buying Order Selling Order Unidentified order which refers to the order happening at the opening and closing period Remark: To save the executed transactions of a stock incurred by time in excel file, simply click on Export. 3 To view stock intraday chart. 20 Best Bid Best Offer You are able to view the current five best bid and best offer and their market volumes & prices as well as their tickers up to 10 stocks at this page. 1. To view Best Bid and Best offer of stock setting in your Favorite group, simply choose from the View box. 2. Input a stock symbol in the stock box and click View or press Enter. The newly stocks will be added in that Favorite group. 3. Click Clear All to delete stocks on this page. 4. 21 Stock Ticker 1 2 This page displays five best bid and best offer prices and volume of specific stock along with the Market Ticker of both SET and MAI. 1 The five best bid and best offer prices as well as other related information of a stock are displayed as in the below. How to set the ticker condition All : To view all transaction occurred in both markets SET and MAI. Price : To view ticker by the category of price moving. 23 Market Indicator 1 This page displays the relevant market data such as Market Indices and Intraday Chart. 2 1 To display the movement of market indices such as SET, SET50, SET100 and MAI. 2 To view sectors listed in each industry, select Industry in combo box To view stocks listed in each sector, select Sector in combo box. To get back to the previous page, click Back To view more details in each industry or sector, simply click at More Info To view an intraday graph of the industry, the sector or the specific stock, simply select the stock name and click on Chart. 26 Stock Info This page displays real time data of a particular stock such as five best bid and best offer prices, intraday graph and stock in play. Stock In Play: To display the summarized buy and sell volume occurred at each price level. Remark: To save the summarized buy and sell volume occurred at each price level in Excel file, simply click on Export. : To view stock fundamentals such as company report, company profile, trading information, stock information and Benefit, etc. : To view historical graph up to one year with 3 MA (Moving Average) lines. 27 Odd Lot Watcher 1 2 This page displays the stock transaction incurred on the odd board. Each order on the odd board is referred to a stock transaction that is less than 100 shares. 1 Odd Lot: Display the bids and offers of stock on the odd board including its last trading price. Big Lot Watcher 1 2 This page displays the daily and historical big lot transactions. According to the regulations, a big lot transaction refers to 1 million shares or worth at least 3 million baht. 32 This page displays your portfolio including cost, market price, unrealized & realized, profit and loss. Also it shows your portfolio in form of chart as market price & cost comparison. To view details of (1) your account no., (2) credit line, (3) buying limit, (4) cash available, (5) Quick sell and (6) KYC/Suitability Test remark : (5) Quick sell Function: If you would like to sell securities (Stock, Warrant, DW) in your portfolio more than an order at the same time, Quick Sell Function will help you to sell faster than normal order function. You have to select the stock(s) that you would like to sell and the system will place the selling orders which specify ML price (Market to Limit Order) not including odd lot shares. (6) Know Your Customer (KYC) : procedures are a critical function to assess and monitor customer risk. Suitability Test (S) : According to the Securities and Exchange Commission and the association of Securities Companies require all investors to complete the suitability test in order to assess investors risk-taking capability. 37 Alert Setting The set alert function acts as an alarm to warn users when the price of a stock has reached a specific level, which will appear in the alert box. How to Set Alert Simply type a stock name in the Stock Symbol box and set the price in Lower and Upper boxes. To add any special note, simply type the details in the Note box. Then, click Save when finished or click New to set another alert. To cancel any alert setting, simply check box in front of the stock name and click Delete KT ZMICO Securities Company Limited 36

38 Advance Alert Function Advance Alert is new function in the real-time ZNet Plus program to increase convenience and effectiveness for placing orders. You are able to define your conditions and your pre-order by yourself. When the market reaches your condition, the system will alert you to confirm in submitting your pre-order to the market. Advance Alert Function is available only for cash balance account or cash credit limit account. After you sign the additional contract and thoroughly study the manual, you will be able to access this function. 39 Configuration Setting 1. Startup Menu To change the main page displayed automatically when open ZNet Plus program. 2. Theme The Display Formats screen, you can use one of three forms; Classic, Modern, and Blue Theme. 3. Stock To save stock symbol for sending order. 4.
