2 Global Data Products Revised system migration plan for Nordic and Baltic consolidated market data Based on customer feedback NASDAQ OMX has decided to revise its system migration plan for Nordic and Baltic consolidated market data. The immediate effect of the decision is that the existing Genium Consolidated Feed and the TIP protocol will remain the main consolidated data feed for all NASDAQ OMX Nordic and Baltic markets. With the recent launch of INET, ultra-low latency market data for Nordic and Baltic cash equity, ETF, warrant and certificate trading is now available through ITCH. We have also implemented a number of capacity enhancements to the Genium Consolidated Feed, securing stability during current and future peak loads. Paired with customer feedback on the launch plan, NASDAQ OMX made the decision to put the planned migration to Genium INET Market Info and the enhanced ITCH protocol on hold. We will now focus on developing an updated technical roadmap for Nordic and Baltic market data together with customers and other stakeholders. The updated roadmap is expected to be presented later in Enhanced derivatives data in Genium Consolidated Feed Genium Consolidated Feed will support distribution of value added derivatives data from NASDAQ OMX Nordic derivatives markets in TIP format. 3 NASDAQ OMX Nordic Markets update NASDAQ OMX to disseminate new Helsinki indexes in GCF from April 12th, 2010 On Monday, April 12th, 2010, The NASDAQ OMX Group will begin disseminating three new indexes. The indexes are calculated by NASDAQ OMX. The indexes are calculated as free float market capitalized weighted indexes and are reviewed on a semi-annual basis by selecting the 15 most traded shares on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The indexes are three versions based on the same population. The indexes have a base date of December 18th, 2009 with 500 as base value. The indexes are calculated in EUR and will be disseminated once a second in GCF and available through File Delivery System (FDS). Advance index notifications will be available in Global Index Watch. The indexes are calculated by NASDAQ OMX. The indexes are calculated as free float market capitalized weighted indexes and are reviewed on a semi annual basis. The indexes are based on Nordic sectors and will be weight limited to comply with the UCITS III directive. The indexes have a base date of December 18th, 2009 with 500 as base value. The indexes are calculated in EUR and will be disseminated once a second in GCF and available through File Delivery System (FDS). Advance index notifications will be available through Global Index Watch. The new indexes will be added to Nordic index products and Nordic equity entitlements.
