Take the New Road to McKesson Medical Premium Savings Step 1 You need to earn 1,000 Vitality Points before you can increase your current savings and/or earn savings for If your spouse/domestic partner is enrolled in your McKesson medical plan and participates in Vitality, he/she also needs earn 1,000 Vitality Points in 2017 to unlock savings. As you earn Vitality Points, you increase your Vitality Status and your savings. 2 The Quickest Way to 1,000 Vitality Points The Vitality Health Review (VHR) doesn t unlock your McKesson medical premium savings, but you can earn 750 Vitality Points in just minutes when you take the VHR by March 31, That s 500 Vitality Points for the VHR and an additional 250 Vitality Points for completing it early in the new year. The VHR can help you understand your health. Plus, Vitality uses your results to recommend health goals. Take the VHR at > Learning Center > Health Resources > Vitality Health Review. You can also take the VHR on the Vitality Today mobile app. Here are some more ways to earn Vitality Points quickly. The Physical Activity Review 250 Vitality Points A nutrition course on the Vitality website 300 Vitality Points The Vitality Check biometric screening 500 Vitality Points, plus up to an additional 3,525 Vitality Points for in-range results How Your Kick-start Bonus Works Each year, you get a Kick-start Bonus worth 10% of your Vitality Points from the previous year. You still need to earn 1,000 Vitality Points apart from the Kick-start Bonus to unlock your premium savings for Once you ve done that, the Kick-start Bonus points help you reach a higher Vitality Status quickly in the new year. Let s see how this works for Tom. Tom s Example Tom earned 15,000 Vitality Points in That means in 2017, his Kick-start Bonus is worth 1,500 Vitality Points. Tom earns 650 Vitality Points in January. He has a total of 2,150 Vitality Points with his Kick-start Bonus. 3 Faster, Easier Annual Gym Rebates Vitality combined the best of gym subsidies and rebates into one program. You can earn a rebate of up to $275 a year for your gym fees. Here s how to get a rebate in 2017: 1. Join a qualifying* gym, if you haven t already. 2. Check in at your gym each time you work out using: A smartphone app like Vitality Today A Vitality-approved device linked to Vitality The Vitality website See if your fitness device is approved at Vitality > Learning Center > Guide to Vitality > Fitness Devices. 3. Complete at least 48 Standard or Advanced workouts by December 31, 2017 (see chart below). 4. Request your rebate on the Vitality Gym Rebate page after you ve completed at least 48 Standard or Advanced workouts. 5. Get your once-a-year rebate of up to $275. TIP Before using the Vitality Today app, make sure you re registered on the Vitality website. You ll need your Vitality username and password to log on to the Vitality Today app and track your workouts. * A qualifying gym is one that offers cardio and weight-training equipment or is a Vitality-approved, non-standard athletic facility, e.g., a yoga or Pilates studio, martial arts studio, boot camp (when it s a program and not a gym) or CrossFit establishment. Don t request a rebate until the end of the year or you ve paid at least $275 in gym fees. Subsidies If you re currently a member of one of Vitality s partner gyms, you ll get your last monthly subsidy in January 2017 for your December 2016 workouts. Rebates You have 90 days after your final 2016 workout to send your rebate request for Request Your Rebate Online You need to fill out an online form to submit your banking details, proof of your gym contract and payment to get the rebate. Vitality doesn t accept or fax submissions. 4

Here's how it works: Use your Watch to track the active calories you burn throughout the entire day, not only during a workout. Meet personalized goals based on your weight and gender. Your goals will be displayed on Vitality Today in the Apple Health app. Share your data on Active Energy and weight through the Apple Health app. You ll get Vitality Points for a Light, Standard or Advanced workout based on the calories you burn. Flip More Vitality Squares Earn Vitality Points for Healthy Kids Activities You don t earn Vitality Points if your child takes the Vitality Kids Health Review. However, you still earn Vitality Points when your kids get a flu shot, join a sports league or do other Healthy Kids activities. Snuff Out Tobacco with Living Smoke Free Quitting smoking is easier with help. Living Smoke Free is the new tobacco cessation program. Through the program, you get personalized Newsfeed messages, educational resources and Vitality Today mobile app notifications that encourage and motivate you to quit smoking. You can use Living Smoke Free through or on the Vitality Today mobile app. To start the program, you need to set an eight-week Quit Smoking goal on the Vitality website. You can earn up to 725 Vitality Points for setting a goal and checking in on your goal for at least four of the eight weeks. It s your lucky day! The popular Vitality Squares game has gone up another level. Vitality is adding three squares to the game board. That means there are greater rewards for you to win each month.
