2 Basalt Community Housing Guidelines Valley Pines Units 2015 Qualification Requirements to be an eligible purchaser 1. One or more adults in household must be a full-time employee working in the Roaring Fork Valley employed at a location or for a business with its principal office located in the area from Aspen through Glenwood Springs, or a retired person(s) who has been a full-time employee in the Employment Area for a minimum of ten years immediately prior to the application (note please call for special details and exceptions), or a disabled person who has been a full-time employee in the Employment Area for a minimum of two year immediately prior to the application. 2. Household must occupy as primary residence. 3. Household must not own developed residential real estate or a mobile home in the Roaring Fork Valley drainage. 4. Household must have total current household income no greater than the maximum allowed for the category. Category 3, 1-bedroom unit 2015: 0 Dependents $89,214 1 Dependent $101,898 2 Dependents $114, Household assets must be less than 150% of the purchase price of the home.
