Infrastructure Funding Reform The Melbourne Metro Rail project and the Brisbane Cross River Rail project will both be subject to availability payments as part of a public private partnership funding arrangement. This is the first time that availability payments will be used for public transport projects. 4. Other Relevant Funding Programs 4.1 ACCC Petrol Commissioner and Formal Petrol Monitoring The Government will provide $1.4 million to the ACCC to continue the role of the Petrol Commissioner and formal monitoring of petrol prices under Part VIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 for twelve months, to December AAA keys2drive Program Funding of $1.5 million has been allocated for , to enable completion of the existing funding agreement.
