5 We ll match you up with the right investment program Avenue Portfolios This solution combines lifecycle fund selections, which invest towards a target retirement date, and lifestyle fund selections, which invest according to an investor s profile (risk tolerance). It features Asset Rebalancing and Lifecycle Movement services that keep the portfolio in line with investment instructions, and ensure that employees are in the appropriate portfolio for their age. How it works You select an Avenue Portfolios model where the asset allocations are pre-set. You and your advisor simply choose the funds from Q&C, and your employees then select a portfolio corresponding to their investment period and their investor profile. It s that simple. Target date funds These are a series of funds based on an anticipated retirement date. Each fund is a balanced investment portfolio that shifts over time towards a more conservative asset mix as the employee approaches retirement. How it works Your employees only need to answer one question: What year do I want to retire? They then choose the target date fund closest to that year. Monitored investment programs These are fully pre-packaged, turnkey investment solutions featuring pre-set Avenue Portfolios or target date funds.
