OK Ethics Membership Dues & Benefits Please note that dues are effective during the fiscal year that begins October 1, 2018 and ends September 30, OK Ethics does not typically prorate dues, except during the last quarter and only by special permission from the OK Ethics Board and/or CEO/Founder. Occasionally, OK Ethics may offer events that are not necessarily included in the price schedule below. These will be noted as bonus workshops or programs. NOTE: Pinnacle, Navigator, and Star Members may take advantage of a new Enhanced Hosting Option. This special option is intended to provide opportunities for other community members to attend. For instance, if selecting this option, you may donate additional seats (beyond your normal pre-paid allotment of seats) for students who are involved in ethics initiatives or guests from the nonprofit sector. Companies hosting these designated guests will be charged the member rate and invoices will be sent within five days of event occurrence. Contact Shannon Warren, OK Ethics CEO/Founder at okethics@okethics.com for more information. Every month, OK Ethics receives requests from individuals who need financial assistance in order to attend. To fairly treat these requests and reward those who have demonstrated the strongest commitment to our organization, OK Ethics reserves the right to use its discretion in selecting the students and nonprofit guests who will receive these donated seats and will determine table assignments. Pinnacle Membership Dues $10,500 Highest level of involvement. Includes sixteen (16) pre-paid memberships. Member Benefits: Reserved premium seating 1 defined as those seats as close as possible to the podium. Inclusion in the OK Ethics Annual Awards banquet, which typically features high profile presenters. (Note: Does not include additional seats at Awards.) 1 See also Special Provisions for seating beyond normal allotment 1
Participation in the Annual Awards luncheon which typically features high profile presenters. Special commemorative honor presented to your company acknowledging your meaningful support of OK Ethics initiatives. Company logo featured on table signs at monthly events. To be fair to other top-tier members by also granting appropriate access to prime area seating, OK Ethics cannot guarantee premium arrangements beyond the allotted sixteen seats included in the membership benefits. Please note that, if a company is unable to fill its monthly allotment of sixteen participants, these empty seats may be donated. At the discretion of OK Ethics, a member s open seats may be offered to students or guests from the nonprofit sector to use. To optimize use of these seats, please advise our Member Care Coordinators as soon as your organization becomes aware of the vacancies. Each participant must continue to make reservations for each meeting by specified deadlines in order for volunteers to prepare name tags and provide accurate head counts to our banquet facilities. This also helps OK Ethics avoid incurring unnecessary late fees assessed by vendors. 2

Frontier Membership Dues $400 Member Benefits: This membership is intended for small businesses or self-employed individuals who wish to make a meaningful contribution to OK Ethics mission of promoting Oklahoma values of integrity at work. This level allows for one (1) individual to receive a discounted member rate at regular monthly events. The company s logo will be featured on the Who s Who section of the OK Ethics website. Additional guests will be charged at the non-member rate. However, please contact OK Ethics (CEO or Member Care Coordinator) if you believe special circumstances should be considered. For instance, prospective members may be allowed to attend at a discounted rate at least one time. OK Ethics accepts cash or check at the door. (Sorry no credit cards.) Special requests for purchase orders or invoices can be made in advance to okethicssupport@okethics.com Note that this category may exclude discounts for the Annual Awards and special bonus workshops. (See Trailblazer, Leading, Horizon or Star membership categories for upgrades.) 7
Special Nonprofit/NGO Membership Dues $0 Nonprofit/NGO 5 Member Benefits: Certain nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a free Frontier membership. (See Exclusions and Limitations for more details.) One member from your organization will receive a discount for participation in most chapter activities. Note that this category may exclude a discount for the OK Ethics Annual Awards and special bonus workshops. (See other membership categories for upgrades.) Mentioned in Who s Who of OK Ethics website. Please note that our primary purpose remains a discussion of ethical behavior in the workplace. Although networking is an additional benefit of these discussions, guests are asked to refrain from using this as a sales forum. OK Ethics requests that your organization reciprocates by promoting our organization to your members. You will be asked to confirm your commitment to OK Ethics in a couple of ways by choosing to help with one or more of these suggested initiatives: 1) Bring at least one potential new OK Ethics member from a for-profit company as a guest to an upcoming event. (OK Ethics will pay the cost of their participation as a potential new member.) 2) Commit to attending at least three OK Ethics meetings per year. 3) Offer to serve in a volunteer capacity for at least one OK Ethics event per year. 4) Help get the word out about OK Ethics by promoting us on your website, in staff meetings and other channels of communication. 5) Please note that each participant must continue to make reservations by the specified accurate head counts to our banquet facilities. This helps OK Ethics avoid unnecessary Exclusions & Limitations: A staff member of a nonprofit is welcome to join at this level. However, this membership is not intended as a benefit for all of the nonprofit s organization/association members. In other words, the reductions in price for attending regular events hosted by OK Ethics will only apply to the individual staff member of the nonprofit organization. Because the Consortium supports many campuses across the state, our preference is that universities and schools join as paying members to show a reciprocal commitment, and 5 Non-government organizations; specifically 501c3 or 501c6. 8
help us maintain our momentum in the ethics challenges and other student initiatives. Special circumstances may apply to nonprofit schools that would not normally have the capacity to pay. Those situations may be presented to the Vice President of Membership and/or the CEO/Founder for special consideration. Credit unions are generally deemed as organizations with the ability to pay dues and are, therefore, excluded from this offer. 9
Scout Membership Dues $ 100 Individual receives discounts for attendance in most chapter activities. Unless otherwise specified, event costs are typically set at $35 for members and $50 for non-members. OK Ethics accepts cash or checks at the door at the time of the event. (Sorry no credit cards.) Special requests for purchase orders or invoices can be made in advance to okethicsadmin@okethics.com. Non-member rates may apply for attendance beyond the member s allotment of his/her own individual discounted attendance. Please bring a check or cash to the event. Note that this category may exclude discounts for the OK Ethics Annual Awards and special bonus workshops. Retiree Membership Dues $ 25 In recognition for the valuable volunteer services provided by our retirees, OK Ethics offers a discount to retirees who are actively involved in our activities. Individual receives discounts on meals for participation in most chapter activities. Unless otherwise specified, event costs are typically set at $35 for members and $50 for non-members. Note that this category may exclude discounts for the OK Ethics Annual Awards and special bonus workshops. Non-member rates may apply for attendance beyond the member s allotment of his/her own individual discounted attendance. Please bring a check or cash to the event. OK Ethics accepts cash or check at the door. (Sorry no credit cards.) Special requests for purchase orders or invoices can be made in advance to okethicssupport@okethics.com 10
Transitional Membership Dues $ 0 As a special service to the community during these challenging economic times, OK Ethics will offer a free Scout membership to anyone who has been laid off from a professional capacity position. Non-member rates may apply for attendance beyond the member s allotment of his/her own individual discounted attendance. OK Ethics accepts cash or check at the door. (Sorry no credit cards.) Special requests for purchase orders or invoices can be made in advance to okethicsadmin@okethics.com. Please note that our primary purpose remains a discussion of ethical behavior in the workplace. Although networking is an additional benefit of these discussions, guests are asked to refrain from imposing job requests or resumes on other participants unless invited to do so. Student Membership Dues $0 Students with member schools may join for free. Unless otherwise specified, event costs are typically set at $35 for members and $50 for non-members.
