The employer determines amount of the discount (maximum 20 %). Reka Money is exempt from taxes and social welfare contributions. Reka Money can be used like cash. Something for everyone There are more than 9,000 acceptance points throughout Switzerland: hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, Reka Holidays, public transport, lifts, amusement parks, fitness centers, museums, circuses, zoos, petrol stations (AVIA and BP).* Fair The discount is the same for everyone from trainees to management. Reka Money acceptance points can be found in the online Reka-Guide at reka-guide.ch and on the Reka-Guide App. * Public transport services as well as offers at SBB counters (excluding money exchange) at SBB travel agents and at ticket machines can be paid with Reka Rail. 3

Reka Money is exempt from taxes and social welfare contributions. Reka-Check benefits of up to CHF 600. don t have to be declared in salary statements. Reka Money bonuses up to a value of CHF 500. per event (Christmas, birthday, anniversary etc.) can be given as presents in kind. 6 Giving Reka Money is quite simple You have two options: Let Reka do the processing: Entrust Reka with the whole process (System RC-direct). With this system you can offer Reka-Checks or the Reka-Card. Process it yourself: Reka-Card light: In this simple, user-friendly online portal you can order Reka-Cards for your employees and administer Reka credit. You only pay a one-time portal setup fee - there are no additional fees after that. You order the desired number of Reka-Checks from us and distribute them to your employees. 6
