The quay dues shall be paid once per day (24 hours) or part thereof. *Vestfjord ferry landing is regulated by a separate agreement. Shipping lines which call at the Port of Bodø a minimum of three times per week on regular liner traffic and have a gross tonnage (GT) per vessel of minimum 1,500 GT, receive a group discount of 30% per port due per call. The port offer discounts to ships registered in the Environmental Ship Index (ESI). This discount is applicable only for calls made within the validity period of the ESI certificate and where notification of registration in the ESI is given in the notice of arrival. The following differentiated discounts apply: Ships with a total score of points are entitled to a 20% discount on entry dues and port dues. Ships with a total score of 50 or more points are entitled to a 30% discount on entry dues and port dues. The combined discount for entry dues and port dues cannot exceed 60%. Visiting pleasure craft The port dues (including water and waste disposal) for visiting pleasure craft per day (24 hours) or part thereof: Vessels under 25 feet NOK 150 Vessels between 25 and 40 feet NOK 250 Vessels between 40 and 78 feet NOK 400 Part days must be paid via the GoMarina app: The fee for all pleasure craft up to 2 hours NOK 50 The guest season runs from 1 June to 31 August. The fee for visiting pleasure craft over 78 feet is based on the regulations for commercial vessels. If the vessel is occupied outside the season, the full daily rate applies. An additional charge applies for power access. The rate for vehicles with a registered total weight of over 7.5 tonnes is NOK 7,600 per vehicle per year. Such contracts enable unlimited driving and include parking in a designated area. Rates for vehicles without fixed contracts The rate for vehicles with a registered total weight of between 5.5 and 7.5 tonnes is NOK 125 per day. The rate for vehicles with a registered total weight of over 7.5 tonnes is NOK 250 per day. The rate for parking outside the designated area is NOK 100 per day. Buses: The rate for buses driving passengers during cruise/hurtigruten calls is NOK 110 per bus per call.

5 Port of Bodø - Port Tariffs Use of mobile crane and vehicle-mounted crane The use of a mobile crane or vehicle-mounted crane on the Port of Bodø s premises is NOK 250 per hour with a maximum daily rate of NOK 2,500. Port Control must be notified before the work starts and when it is completed. Failure to notify will lead to the maximum daily rate being charged. 1.7 Rental of area, buildings, car parking spaces, pleasure craft berths, etc. Port of Bodø s car parks Rental of car parking place in downtown Bodø (per year) NOK 12,000 Rental of car parking place at the Bodø Terminal-Rønvik (per year) NOK 6,000 Parking meters at the Bodø Terminal and Terminal Quay South The following rates apply for parking in designated areas at the Bodø Terminal: Per private car per day (24 hours) NOK 100 Per private car per hour NOK 16 The stipulated parking fees include VAT. An upgrade of the berths at Brygge 1 and the associated infrastructure will take place in 2018/2019. When this is completed, the same rental prices will apply for these berths as for those at RH&M. The deposit for Brygge 1 will increase by NOK 15,000 to NOK 45,000 after the upgrade. The deposit for berths at the various piers will vary based on the infrastructure at these piers.

7 Port of Bodø - Port Tariffs SECURITY CHARGE, INCLUDING ISPS FEE Security charge, including ISPS fee NOK 0.08 per GT per day (24 hours) Cruise ships will be charged on a per-passenger basis at a rate of NOK 10 per passenger on board the ship. Users of secure areas will be charged a security fee of: NOK 15 per m2 for rented areas and warehouses/storage areas per year Access cards to ISPS areas: New card NOK 450 Card holder NOK 20 Annual rental NOK 225 Radio transmitter NOK 800 Visitor passes to ISPS areas may be borrowed for a maximum of 48 hours per assignment. Over and above this 48-hour period, a fee of NOK 50 applies per day (24 hours) or part thereof. A fee of NOK 500 per pass will be charged for any visitor passes which are not returned. 3. Overtime and call-out fees are calculated in accordance with the provisions of the wage agreement.

Sale on the port premises from sales vehicle Sale on the port premises per day or part thereof NOK 160 There is an additional charge for electricity (if required). Sale at quay/pier Sale at quay/pier NOK 160 The fee also applies for vessels moored outside other vessels. The fee applies for the sale of fish and will be charged in addition to the ordinary entry dues and quay dues. Vessels over 32 feet cannot be moored alongside the fishing fleet/sales fleet without special permission from the Port Control. Rental of pneumatic fenders from the Port of Bodø Diameter: 39 m x 4 m Rental price per day (24 hours) per set (2): NOK 7,000 Additional charges apply for delivery, installation and retrieval. Fee for illegal placement of vehicles, objects, etc. The placement of vehicles, objects and the like on the Port of Bodø s premises without prior approval from the Port Control will incur a fee of NOK 1,575. Invoice fee Invoices not paid by the due date will incur interest pursuant to the provisions of the Act relating to Interest on Overdue Payments, etc. If a new invoice is issued, an invoicing fee of NOK 62 will apply. Re-invoicing The processing fee for re-invoicing services to a third party is 10% of the total amount with a minimum fee of NOK 350. The Port of Bodø disclaims liability for any typographical errors in the port tariffs.
