1 The Bigblue Touch Group Pension Plan Transfer payment Application Form (to transfer payments from another registered pension scheme) Important: The decision to transfer pension rights to the Bigblue Touch Group Pension Plan (the Plan) is complex and you may be giving up valuable benefits or incurring financial penalties if you transfer. Aon Consulting Limited (Aon) strongly recommends you seek financial advice before making your decision. You can contact us and the Bigblue Touch Member Services team who can provide advice. This service is Restricted Advice. Aon will only provide advice about using Bigblue Touch pension products, so will not compare the range of products available from the whole of the market. Alternatively you can find details on how to find a Financial Adviser on the Financial Conduct Authority website by following this link - We will not accept transfers from safeguarded pension benefits where the transfer value is 30,000 or more, unless your ceding scheme has confirmed that you have taken advice from a person authorised by the FCA as a pension transfer specialist. Safeguarded benefits include defined benefit arrangements or any other scheme or arrangement that provides a promise or guarantee. Examples include Guaranteed Annuity Rates, Guaranteed Growth Rates, Guaranteed Death Benefit and Guaranteed Minimum Pension. The transfer will take an indeterminate time to complete and we do not accept responsibility for fluctuations in the transfer value during this period. If you are concerned about possible falls in value, you should contact your existing pension provider and take appropriate steps to protect the value of your rights until you receive confirmation that the transfer has been completed. We will then forward the form to the trustees, administrator or insurer of the scheme making the transfer payment, who will fill in Part H. We will normally pay lump sum death benefits to the person (or people) that you have nominated and for this reason it is important you complete another nomination if your personal circumstances change. If you have not nominated any beneficiaries or we are prevented from paying any lump sum death benefit to them under the rules, the benefit will be paid at the discretion of Aon DC Trustee Limited. What to do next: Part E below contains the declaration and offer for you to read and sign. Part F provides information about what to do next, especially if you have sought advice (Part G), and that the form will be submitted to the transferring scheme trustee/administrator for completion.

4 4 Part E DECLARATION AND OFFER 1. I confirm that the details and statements I have given in this application are true and complete. 2. I agree that the statements I have given in this application, and statements made and any certificates given by a scheme administrator or insurer of a transferring scheme in connection with this application, will apply to my contract with Aon Consulting Limited ( Aon, we and us ). 3. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Bigblue Touch Group Pension Plan (the Scheme ) and the Rules of the Scheme (as those documents may be amended from time to time) which apply to me as a result of this application and which apply to me under my plan in the future. 4. By sending this application to you, I am authorising you to take all necessary steps to complete the transfer of benefits from the scheme I have named elsewhere in this document to the Scheme without having to contact me. I understand that: a. I have received a copy of the terms and conditions of the Scheme and a Key Features document; b. any transfer must be paid in cash in pounds sterling; and c. I acknowledge that it may not always be possible for transfers to be accepted and that you may accept or reject this transfer and will tell me accordingly. You will not be liable for any decision to reject a transfer or for any delay in completing a transfer whilst you obtain the information you reasonably require in order to agree to accept it. 5. I agree that the amount being transferred to you will be the amount shown in this application (any variation that may take place during the period from the completion of the application to you accepting my offer may also apply). 6. Notwithstanding any retirement age I may have selected, I understand that, benefits may be taken at any time from my 55th birthday. I acknowledge that in certain circumstances (such as ill health) I may be able to take benefits before my 55th birthday. 7. I authorise you to get any information you may need in connection with my application including any information from my employer or relating to any prior pension arrangements that I may have. 8. I authorise you to give information to any transferring office or provider who you believe is relevant to the transfer. 9. I authorise you to accept any extra money that the transferring scheme may send you later and add it to my plan without contacting me. I understand that you will use any extra payment in accordance with the terms that you normally use such payments at the time you receive them. I declare that if I am claiming the continuation of enhanced or fixed protection relevant benefit accrual has not occurred under any arrangement in a registered pension scheme and this is a permitted transfer. 10. Data protection statement. Your information will be held by Aon Consulting Limited which is part of the Aon Group. We may collect personal information about you in order to provide you with the Scheme. We may also collect personal information about your spouse, partner or other immediate family member where they are included as the beneficiary or a dependent of your Scheme. You are responsible for informing your dependents or beneficiaries that Aon has received their personal information and the reason why. It is important you understand how your personal information will be used. By signing this application/declaration you agree to your personal information being used to: process this application; deliver and manage the Scheme; offer or administer products or services contemplated by any contract that results; conduct benchmarking, market research and data analysis; prevent and detect fraud or crime; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, or establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. You agree that your information may be shared with other members of the Aon Group, the trustees of the Scheme, scheme actuary, auditor, administrator, benefit provider, or such other third parties as may be necessary for the operation and delivery of the Scheme, in which case such third parties may also contact you directly. Such third parties may be located in countries outside of the European Economic Area. Once you hold a Bigblue Touch Account ACL would like to contact you in the future for market-research purposes and to send you information about products and services offered by the Aon Group or its associates. 8 8 Issues to consider in transferring pension benefits The following issues should be considered when transferring pension benefits. Failure to fully consider these issues may seriously reduce your retirement income. If you are a member of a defined benefit occupational scheme, it is extremely unlikely to be in your best interest to transfer your benefits. We strongly recommend that you take advice before proceeding and in some instances may insist that advice is obtained before we will accept the transfer value. You should be sure of the benefits you will be giving up if you transfer out of an occupational scheme. For example the scheme may provide life cover benefits that would be lost if you transfer out. For more information you should refer to the Money Advice Service website links provided in the covering letter. If the proposed transfer is from a personal pension scheme, you should fully understand the different features and charges of your personal pension and our scheme. In particular, find out what charges you are paying and whether any penalties will be applied if you transfer out. You should find out whether any guarantees apply to the benefits you are considering transferring. For example, whether the rate at which your final fund is converted into a pension income is guaranteed (commonly known as a guaranteed annuity rate). These guarantees can be valuable and the transfer value may not reflect that value. If your personal pension was provided through your employer, it is important that you understand any benefits you may be giving up as a result of the transfer, such as contributions being paid by them. Should you have any doubts on this, your employer should be able to help. If your request relates to a Pension Sharing Order because of a divorce, it is extremely important that you take advice before making any decisions. The above list is not exhaustive and we would recommend that you seek advice from a financial adviser. A Financial Adviser would be able to provide advice on the options available and help identify the best option for you.
