KEMQ FUND DESCRIPTION The KraneShares Emerging Markets Consumer Technology ETF tracks a committeeselected, tier-weighted index of emerging-market technology-sector stocks. KEMQ FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT KEMQ focuses on emerging-market companies that deal primarily in internet retail, internet software/services, payment processing, and E-commerce software. The fund uses a committee to determine which securities qualify for the above criteria. The 50 largest securities by market cap are included, with the 10 largest securities weighted 3.5% each, the next 20 getting 2.5%, and the bottom 20 receiving 0.75%. For this unique exposure, KEMQ charges an expense ratio on the higher side.
