15 SIF 2016 RFQ Information Session v Match Financial Capacity Compliance Failure to meet the match at any of the 12 month increments will result in termination v Terms and conditions

16 Match Financial Capacity v Annually provide $1 Match for every $1 received v Accept CASH matching funds ONLY v Required to meet 1:1 match every 12 months beginning at the start of the first award period v Match funds verified by UWSEM twice a year

17 Matching Requirements Eligible matching dollars must be: v New or existing unrestricted, unobligated funds OR vnew funds awarded for the specific purpose of matching the SIF project

SIF 2016 Review Committee will meet and make recommendations.
