B 72 FUND DESCRIPTION tracks a market cap-weighted index of US residential, health care and selfstorage. FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT is ostensibly a residential real estate ETF, but in reality the fund is a grab bag of, many of which fall outside residential real estate. As an example, many top holdings are not residential at all. Public Storage Inc. a self-storage firm makes up roughly a tenth of the fund by itself, and several health and senior care also land near the top of the list. All told, the fund devotes about half of its weight to specialized, which may not be the pure residential real estate exposure promised on the label. could best be thought of as an ex-commercial REIT play. In terms of Tradability, the picture is clearer: is a decently liquid fund, with fairly consistent trading activity across small spreads. Underlying liquidity is strong, so larger investors should find good execution with the help of a market maker. It's also a strikingly Efficient fund, with tight tracking that routinely beats its reasonable expense ratio. If you don't go in expecting a pure residential REIT fund, has a lot to recommend it.
