Assets allocated to various Prudential funds: Fixed Rate Option, Stock ndex, Equity, Prudential Jennison, Small Cap. Stock and Global funds. Policy surrendered on 4/18/2007. Part V, tem 16: There has been no change to this asses! from last year. However, last year this was reported under a header using the name of the management company and the income and value codes were aggregated for all the assets in the RA account. This change identifies the account as an RA, with American Fund assets and lists the individual assests within the fund. Also, income and value codes are listed for each individual fund. Part V, tem l 0: Asset belongs to Part V, tem 12: Money Market Account funds changed from Alliance Capital Reserves to Federated Captial Reserves by brokerage company.
