6 La Virginia Gold-Silver Project Located 220km ENE of Hermosillo, Sonora, consolidated project totals 37,700 hectares in 6 claims and hosts both drilled and undrilled prospects. Situated in the Basin and Range topography of the northern Sierra Madre precious metal belt, 100km NNW of Dolores Au/Ag operation and 90km south of El Tigre Au/Ag operation. Property accessed by Municipal roads from local centre, Nacori Chico, Sonora. 6

7 La Virginia Project Rubi-Esperanza Zone Identified by Minefinders Corp during 2007 reconnaissance campaign seeking Dolores style vein and hydrothermal breccia hosted gold-silver mineralization. Was subject to intensive exploration drilling until Pan American Silver takeover in Total 188 drillholes for 52,635.45m on Rubi-Esperanza to date. Last publicly released drill results were disseminated by Minefinders on October 17, Public results are available only to hole LV11-050C. Prospective Pan American Silver exploration claims surround Rubi-Esperanza claims. Non-binding LOI with owners details option terms of cash payments totaling US$4.5M in escalating tranches over 4 years for 100% ownership of the claims, the owners will retain a 2% NSR, purchasable for US$2M within 5 years of effective date, or US$3M after the 5 th anniversary. Silver Viper has signed a non-binding LOI with Pan American Silver to earn a 100% interest in the Pan American claims 7 in return for a 2% NSR project-wide.

Best widths and grades appear to be located along flexures in the structures. Mineralization often co-incident with daciterhyolite dykes exploiting the regional scale structures. Minefinders reported encouraging drilling grades including 23.5m of g/t AuEq from hole LV11-47C* and 15.0m of 6.14 g/t AuEq from hole LV11-50C* Completing due-diligence including check sampling, preliminary land-owner introductions and initiation of environmental preventative report. El Rubi, rhyodacitic plug and silica silica alteration zone Values ranging up to 109 g/t Au and 6,700g/t Ag from grab sample near historical workings. Minor prospecting to date, no drilling. El Huarache, 500 x 400m zone of dyke swarm and quartz veining, very little work done to date. Identified by pan Am as follow up target. Cerro Colonia, possible downdropped block, possible targets exist along trend at depth within the block. 14
