8 Marketing performance Promotion and product development Following customer needs and market conditions, TTK continuously undertakes activities to improve the quality of products by introducing new benefits of existing products as well as new products. Improved conditions of products, special sales promotions and promotional activities have direct influence on raising brand awareness and creating interest in the products and services offered by the Bank. All novelties are being regularly communicated in advertising materials with recognizable image by applying a single consistent way of transmitting information to users. The Bank regularly and transparently informs the public and the media on all significant events related to the Bank s operations through direct cooperation with them and on its website. TTK Bank has achieved high increase in advertisement and brand awareness in the banking sector for minimum budget. That is a result of the clearly defined marketing strategy, targeted marketing communication, right choice of distribution channels as well as direct marketing which is very effective tool in reaching the target of the bank. Regarding the development of distribution channels, TTK Bank successfully maintained cooperation with retailers - subcontractors of the Bank in the process of disbursing loans. In the area of customer care, the Bank modernized the rules on timely delivery of responses to customers. 8
