4 Who is Resolute Investment Advisors? Resolute Investment Advisors, LLC (RIA) was formed by Todd Baker and Brad Harvey to create a place for experienced advisors to conduct their business in an independent-minded, yet collaborative environment. Resolute is a boutique family wealth advisory practice dedicated to serving sophisticated, affluent families in a fiduciary relationship. Our advisors guide approximately 750 families nationwide in the areas of investment and financial management.

5 What Differentiates Us? Resolute Investment Advisors was created to give clients and advisors a place where client interests come first. In the industry, this is referred to as the fiduciary standard. Under this standard, material conflicts of interest are disclosed to the client. RIA is an exclusive practice that works with select invited advisors and clients. Resolute is comprised of successful former wirehouse advisors and their support teams who were looking for an evolved business model that places clients at the center of their practices.

7 Todd Baker While earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma, Todd realized he had a passion for the financial markets. He began his career as a financial advisor in Todd strives to influence and support others, and has spent much of his career in leadership roles and managing the branches where he worked. Todd s desire is to earn his clients trust and respect for the level of service and results provided by him and his team. At his prior firm, Todd was consistently recognized as a Director s Council member and a Top-Quintile Advisor among his peer group. He is now proud to serve clients through Baker Wealth Management, Inc., a boutique wealth advisory practice. Todd and his wife, Katy, have been married for 27 years and have two daughters, Jessica and Raeghan. Todd spends much of his spare time with family and friends, as well as supporting the community. Todd is excited to use his experience advising clients and managing branches to be a Founder and Managing Partner of Resolute Investment Advisors (RIA).

8 Brad Harvey Brad s primary goal is to have clients feel secure and confident about their financial future. He takes a personalized approach to planning and treats each client as an individual. As a result, he delivers customized plans and portfolios to his clients that are reflections of their goals, aspirations and values. Brad believes that financial planning is not an event, but rather an ongoing process requiring monitoring and revision to ensure that clients stay on track. Whether the outcome is education funding, charitable giving, deriving income during retirement or preserving and passing a legacy to the next generation, Brad has a defined, comprehensive process to help clients achieve their goals. For more than 20 years, Brad has helped affluent clients with financial planning, wealth management, retirement plans, and developed solutions for individuals and their closely-held businesses. In addition to his law degree, Brad holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) designations. He was included among the Best Advisory Practices in Colorado by the National Association of Board Certified Advisory Practices (NABCAP) in 2011 and He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys on the golf course.

9 Jack York Jack helps clients achieve retirement and personal goals by utilizing a planning process that helps them plan effectively, invest wisely and map a realistic financial course. In the 35 years since he began his career as a financial advisor, there have been many changes to the global financial landscape: major market shifts, economic booms and busts, and profound technological advances. What has remained constant throughout these times of change is Jack's commitment to helping his clients meet their financial goals. Jack serves individuals and families, with a particular interest in assisting those clients who are retired or nearing retirement - a critical inflection point in their financial lives. Typically, these clients have a healthy retirement savings, but they may need a strategy that blends a variety of investment products to help them maximize their retirement income. Planning for key risks, including market risk, inflation risk, and longevity risk is a first-order responsibility for Jack, who leverages his experience and sophisticated technology to understand, measure and help mitigate these risks. After graduating from Western State College with a degree in Business Administration, Jack began his career as a financial advisor. For the past 35 years, he has enjoyed helping clients reach and maintain their financial goals. Jack and his wife, Ellen, are outdoor enthusiasts and regularly take advantage of the hiking trails and snowshoeing available in Colorado. When he is away from the office, Jack s true passion is upland bird hunting with his two English Setters. He serves as a board member for Cheyenne Village, a non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities.

10 Jim Young Jim has 37 years of experience in the securities industry, with 30 of those spent in Colorado. He has been affiliated with Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial Services, serving a wide array of individual and institutional clients. Jim s preference, for his entire career, has been the fixed income securities markets, with a focus on municipal bonds. While at PaineWebber, which later became UBS, Jim was one of the largest municipal bond advisors in the Southwest region. As the securities industry has changed, Jim has adjusted his investment strategies to incorporate new ideas, while maintaining a risk averse mentality. When Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) were introduced, Jim was an early adopter of the concept as a viable portfolio tool. Changing with the times has also required a re-examination of the more traditional buy and hold approach. Despite this potential for increased volatility, preservation of capital and lowering volatility remain the primary goals of Jim's approach to asset management. These situations have led Jim to the important decision that serving his clients interests means moving away from traditional investing and embracing new, but moderate, ideas. He is very excited to have the opportunity to serve his clients with the support of RIA and the HighTower platform. Jim and his wife, Monica, recently celebrated their 44 th anniversary. They have two grown daughters, and three grandchildren. Jim and Monica enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, travelling, and organic gardening. They are ardent supporters of the Colorado Trail Foundation, Barr Camp, the Ralph Wilson Youth Club and several other non-profit organizations in Colorado.
