Bhushan & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Auditor of the Company merged with SBD & Co., Chartered Accountants, which was approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide its approval datcd May 10, The audit for the quarter and year ended March 31, of the Company has been carried out by the resulting merged Firm, i.e., SBD & Co. We have audited the accompanying quarterly linancial results of Chamak Holdings Limited for the quarter ended March 3 1,201 8 and the year to date results for the year ended March 3 1,2018 (attached herewith), being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. ClRICFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 and CIR/IMDIDF1/ dated August 10, These financial results includes the results for the quarter ended March 3 1, 201 8, being the balancing figure between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the end of the third quarter of the financial year. The figures upto the end of third quarter had only been reviewed and not subjected to audit. This statement which is the responsibility of the Company's management and approved by the Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted in India, including Indian Accounting Standards ("Ind AS") specified under section 133 of Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) and published year to date figures upto the end of the third quarter of the financial year prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principals laid down in Accounting Standard for 'Interim Financial Reporting' (Ind AS 34), mandated under section 133 of the Act and SEBI circulars CIR/CFD/CMD/15/2015 dated November 30, 201 5, CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, and CIR/IMD/DF1/69/2016 dated August 10, The responsibility includes design, implementation, and maintenance of internal control relevant to the preparation of the Statement that is free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
