5 Overview 1. Overview A CF2 user (FTP or NDM) may use the RDPRPT function to receive information from DTC's Dividend and Proxy System. When using the RDPRPT function, the CF2 user receives a series of machine-readable records. Each record corresponds to an item from one of the daily DTC Dividend and Proxy System reports listed below. New Announcements - Dividend and Proxy departments; Revised Announcements - Dividend and Proxy departments; Notices of Stockholder Meetings - Proxy department; Books Closing Report - Dividend and Proxy departments. The information received via the RDPRPT function may be used to automate the updating of a user's files, however all RDPRPT data is based on the best information DTC has been able to obtain and may be subject to inaccuracies or omissions. Individual Participants may wish to independently verify RDPRPT information. 6 Overview 1.1 Availability of RDPRPT Data RDPRPT information will generally be available daily from 7:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on the following day. CF2 Participants may also retrieve the dividend announcement file (RDPRPT) intra-day. Each record begins with an identical 11-byte RDPRPT Data Record Sort Key, followed by one of 4 record types, as follows: New and Revised Dividend Announcements; New and Revised Proxy Announcements; Notices of Stockholder Meetings; Books Closing Report Records.
