20 Klas Hillström - Nordic Boxer Situation Operator of the only terrestrial digital pay TV network in Sweden 410,000 subscribers in March 2005, up 60% in 12 months 30% stake sold as the largest asset in a portfolio deal by Swedish life insurer Winning the deal 3i acted as a credible taker for the whole portfolio while signing up a syndication partner.
