This includes directly hired individuals and individuals hired through third party agencies as long as those individuals provide onsite services related to the operations of the client company. Also, this includes full-time equivalent worked by seasonal, contractual and part time employees. Part-time jobs are converted to full-time equivalent jobs on a pro rata basis, based on local definition (e.g., if working week equals 40 hours, a 24 hr/week job would be equal to 0.6 FTE job). Seasonal or short-term jobs are prorated on the basis of the portion of the reporting period that was worked (e.g., a full-time position for three months would be equal to a 0.25 FTE job if the reporting period is one year). Number and percentage of women in 'Top Management' of the client company. Top Management Definition: Senior management or Executive management is the team of individuals at the highest level of organizational management who have the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a company or corporation, They have subordinated employees and hold specific executive powers conferred onto them with and by authority of the board of directors and/or the shareholders. In Project Management, senior management is responsible for authorizing the funding of projects. - They are sometimes referred to, within corporations, as executive management, top management, upper management, higher management, or simply seniors. - Note: Do not include Board members if they don t have management positions/responsibilities. In many cases, "new jobs" will be the difference between the number of jobs an investee company had last year compared to the previous year. However, any changes attributable to changes in organizational structures (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, etc.) should be excluded, as well as any changes due to the methodology of counting jobs (e.g. how full-time equivalent jobs are calculated) This indicator is not applicable for Listed Funds, Debt Funds and Distressed Assets. Percentage of investees with positive growth in revenue in the reporting period. Percentage of Corporate Debt in Fund Asset Pool Percentage of Distressed Assets in the Fund's Assets Pool Percentage of Private Investment Mobilized This indicator is only applicable for Venture Capital. The average ratio, in dollar amounts or the equivalent formal currency of the fund, between the amounts invested in corporate debt and the fund's total assets under management, for the period under review. This indicator is only applicable for Debt Funds. The average ratio, in dollar amounts or the equivalent formal currency of the fund, between the amounts currently invested in distressed assets and the fund's total assets under management, for the period under review. This indicator is only applicable for Distressed Assets. The average ratio between the amounts committed by private entities and the total fund's assets under management, for the period under review.
14 Percentage of Companies that are SMEs at the Time of Initial Investment Ability to Raise a Successor Fund Percentages of Investees where Fund Manager has a Board Seat Percentage of Companies that are located in IDA countries. This indicator is only applicable for Listed Funds. Percentage of active investees in the fund with SME classification at the time of investment. SME is defined as: investee companies that satisfies two of the following three criterias: (1) Total assets is $15 million or less; (2) Total annual sales is $15 million or less; (3) Number of employees is 300 or less. The fund manager subsequently launches another fund that has a similar investment thesis or objective as the current fund (a follow-on fund). This can be measured only after the investment period.
