3 SLIDE DESCRIPTION FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP CONCEPT Fractional ownership is the smart and affordable way to own your share of a luxury holiday home in one of our sought after destinations. In essence it is the joint ownership of a luxury property with managed hospitality and support services, where you only pay for the share you own. In a nutshell: A private company owns the property and you have the opportunity to become a 13th shareholder in this company. Your share entitles you to 4 weeks usage of the lodge per annum, with a week in every season. Unused weeks may be rented out with such rental income accruing to you. Running costs are administered by a Charted Accountancy firm and are shared equally between the shareholders. The company in which you acquire the share is run by a board according to company law. All support services are taken care of on your behalf.

4 SLIDE DESCRIPTION DESTINATION Blouberg lies on the West Coast of Table Bay, a relaxed 20 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre. Bloubergstrand beach offers one of the most beautiful and most photographed views of Table Mountain and the city, and it is from here that the perfect picture postcards are often taken. Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, can be seen quite clearly from the beach at Blouberg. The coastline offers long, sandy beaches popular with families, sports enthusiasts and surfers and in season is also a great view point for whale watching. Within a stone s throw of the beach, an array of restaurants offers excellent dining. Blouberg offers a variety of modern shopping malls most of which include big chain stores and smaller boutiques as well as banking facilities, restaurants, coffee shops and movie theatres, exactly as you would expect from one of the fastest growing areas in Cape Town. Blouberg is a popular holiday destination situated close to all that the Cape has to offer and is well known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

12 SLIDE DESCRIPTION MANAGEMENT Day-to-day management After completion of the project, Pam Golding Fractional Ownership will take responsibility for all the troublesome and mundane tasks of owning a secondary home, so you can just come and enjoy your vacation. Our services include the following: Preparation of the property prior to your arrival Inspections and inventory checks after visits Domestic services organized to your requirements Insurance claims Administration and bill payments Provide shareholders with statements and reconciliations Drafting of annual financial statements We facilitate time interchanges between shareholders We arrange rentals at your request if you cannot use your weeks All above services are contracted to your specific Private Residence Company and forms part of the monthly dues

13 STANDARD LEVY STRUCTURE The costs of maintenance, upkeep and management are budgeted in the annual forecast for the company. The administration of these bills is done by an appointed Chartered Accountancy Firm. The typical levies include: Resort levy Electricity Water Insurance Content insurance Gardening Pool service Housekeeping Cleaning material Accounting fee Management fee The average monthly fee per shareholder for this product is on the disclosure page.

14 FUNDING AND FINANCE PROCESS Pam Golding Fractional Ownership creates a shelf company, in which we own all the shares. A maximum of 13 shares are issued by the company. Investors are then invited to subscribe for these shares at the promoted share price. This company acquires the property and appoints a contractor to complete the lodge, whereafter our interior designers furnish the lodge. Each shareholder owns 1/13th share in the company and has an equal vote in the decisions of the company. It is started as a private company with the option to convert to a shareblock on completion if the shareholders so wish. FUNDING Investors are required to deposit 15% of the purchase price on signature. A payment plan schedule will be completed where a percentage of the purchase price is payable relative to the stages of the completion of the lodge. In the instances of a completed unit, the balance is payable when the share is transferred.

You choose the weeks best suited for your usage. A set of house rules regulates the usage of the home. The fractional owners share the running cost of the property. 19 EXCHANGE Once you have decided that you are not using your credits this year and/or the year after, simply notify us to deposit your week into our exchange programme and select the Region or Country that your prefer to exchange into. Our Fair Exchange Policy will ensure that the credits allocated to your deposited week is in accordance with the credits table that was issued to you when you became a member. Credits allocated to each property and week vary based upon the demand for the property, facilities on-site, amenities, size of the accommodation and the time period of the year. Similarly, the credits that you will use in an exchange are based on the same principle. The credits table appears alongside the description of each property. ACCRUAL Deposit Deposit the current year/s and or next year s allocated week/s. Balance The credits allocated to your deposits are to your credit Withdraw/Exchange The credits used for each week are deducted from your credit balance Accumulate Accumulate your credits for up to 5 years or Borrow Borrow from next year s deposits. EXCHANGE FEES Local Exchanges (within South Africa)= R390 per exchange International Exchanges= R1200 per exchange Please note that certain members do not pay exchange fees in the first year of their membership PLATINUM DESTINATIONS Unleash your Spirit

20 FAQ Q: Why are the credits allocated to me this year different from last year? A: You may have been allocated with a higher demand peak, high or low season week last year. Because your allocation of weeks differ each year, each member has a fair opportunity to use the time period in the year. Remember that the Total Credits issued to each unit of accommodation never changes. So, all that happens is that the credits allocated to you rotate each year. PLATINUM DESTINATIONS Q: I have decided on the destination property that I want to exchange into, What now? A: Complete the exchange enquiry form I am an existing member and would like to make a Reservation? and it to us. We will contact you shortly. Q: I want to exchange into a property but I do not have sufficient credits. What do I do? A: Simply deposit a future week/s in the current year or the next year into our exchange pool in order to provide you with a higher credits balance. Q: When can I deposit my week/s with you to my credit? A: We recommend that you deposit your weeks with us as soon as you receive your allocation for the year/s. Q: I have changed my mind about using one of my allocated weeks. Can I still deposit the week/s into the exchange pool? A: We need at least 3 (three) months notice ie. Deposit your week with us at least 3 months before the start date of your allocated week. If for some reason you are unable to do so, please contact us and should we have another member that needs your week, we will gladly accept it as a deposit to your credit. Q: I am unsure of the destination that I wish to travel to. Can you help? A: Submit an enquiry and one of our trained professionals will assist you. Q: Can I take a short break away from home, perhaps a few days or a weekend? A: Certain properties permit daily, weekend or mid-week exchanges. Weekends are the highest in demand in certain locations where you will use 75% of the full weeks credits for a weekend break. Also, during certain Peak periods, only full week exchanges are possible. Contact us and we will assist you. Q: I want to make advance reservations for the on-site facilities or amenities at the property that I am exchanging into. Can you assist? A: Contact us and we will assist you Q: Can you assist me with my travel reservations ie. Flights, car hire, show tickets, etc?
