17 2015 Advancements In January of this year ILC installed two weather stations and one evaporation monitoring system to begin environmental baseline studies. Completed first short-term pump test. Drilling of the wells identified two aquifers totalling 94 metres in thickness within 120 metres of surface. Pump test results indicate the aquifers have a high transmissitivity value (>1000m² /day) and are capable of producing at a high flow rate (350m3/hr 97 L/sec). Page 17

22 Avalonia Rare Metal Project 8 Prospecting Licenses (totalling 292 km 2 ) Avalonia Project 19 significant lithium pegmatite occurrences discovered in the 1970 s. 20 metre wide pegmatite delineated at Aclare House and a historical resource estimate of 570,000 tonnes grading 1.5% Li2O was reported by previous operators in the 1970 s.*** *** The historical resource estimate was completed prior to the implementation of NI and does not conform to any resource category as defined by the CIM Standards and Definitions for mineral resources and reserve estimates. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to verify the information regarding the historical resource estimate and therefore the issuer is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. 23 Avalonia Lithium Project *Moylisha 2013 Drilling Confirmed Historical Results and Identified Unexposed Mineralization Pegmatite intersected at Aclare containing 2.23% Li2O over 23.3m including 3.43% Li2O over 6.0m drill width (true thickness is yet unknown). Multiple pegmatite dyke intersections and 1.50% Li2O over 5.60m at Moylisha are consistent with historical results and confirm the prospectivity of the area. Step out drilling, 500m south of historical work at Moylisha, intersected lithium and other rare element mineralization within multiple, closely spaced, parallel pegmatites. *News Release dated June 25, Page 24

24 Recent Advancements Between September 2014 and December 2015 ILC conducted regional and prospect scale geochemical sampling along the 30km lithium pegmatite belt. 12 new targets were identified through geochemical surveys and prospecting, bringing the total to 21 targets now identified within the belt as having a high probability of containing spodumene bearing pegmatite. Based on the highly encouraging results from the 2014 program, more soil sampling was conducted in January 2015 to: infill areas along the Belt, test extensions to newly identified anomalies and test for parallel pegmatites along the newly defined, wider belt.
