3 : acted as a co-arbitrator in ICC arbitration involving a party from Curaçao and a Russian bank in a dispute arising out of put-option agreement : acted as a co-arbitrator in arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution involving parties from Russia and Germany in a dispute arising out of a supply and work contract : acted as a party appointed co-arbitrator in ICC arbitration involving a Czech state-owned insurance company and a Russian buyer in a dispute that arose out of an international sales contract and a number of assignment agreements : acted as a party appointed co-arbitrator in arbitration under the LCIA Rules involving a Russian bank and a company from Cyprus in a dispute that arose out of a loan agreement.
