Positioned in the market as both an investor and operator, we seek out attractive investment opportunities and offer blended capital solutions, harnessing our personal capital, alongside that of our preferred investors. Each partner at Arrow Capital has over 20 years global real estate experience, owning and managing some of the largest independent investment and asset management platforms in Europe and the Asia-Pacific. These are key regions for us, and together we seek out high quality, cross border investment opportunities there, working alongside some of the leading US, European and Asian private equity, institutional and family offices. We believe cross-border capital flows are a major long-term trend that will shape the Asia-Pacific and European real estate markets. With a strong presence and clear understanding of the needs of investment partners in the regions, we re well placed to continue delivering outstanding opportunities for our clients. Our international network is focused on investment opportunities on a riskadjusted basis across the full investment spectrum, including core plus, value add, opportunistic and development. 6 Capabilities Our team has extensive experience in real estate, private equity, banking and legal and compliance across the Asia-Pacific and European markets. We have a reputation for being responsive hands-on real estate investors. Our end-to-end real estate investment and management capabilities mean we re actively involved in every stage of the process, from selecting assets to acquire and the creation, implementation and delivery of strategy and asset plans, right through to approvals of leases and capital expenditure. By sourcing the finance, structuring the investment and managing the financial reporting, we are able to implement best-in-class systems and processes throughout, maintaining control and maximising returns. Our business model takes an entrepreneurial approach to creating value, focusing on a combination of selective asset stock-picking and aggregation strategies. While we primarily operate in the office, industrial and retail sectors, we ll selectively consider opportunities in the residential sector. Experience We re an experienced team who have transacted over $20bn globally in both equity and debt investments underpinned by real estate. Our in-house end-to-end solution is a result of the complementary skill sets of our team, and includes all aspects of legal, tax, compliance and financial reporting. While our network helps increase the breadth and quality of opportunities we are able to invest in, we maintain our rigour and are highly selective when it comes to markets. Career highlights: CEO and owner of Valad Europe a leading Pan European institutional real estate business with 5bn in AUM and 220 staff across 14 countries. 11 Kurt Wilkinson Partner, Asia-Pacific As a founding partner, Kurt is responsible for our Asia-Pacific operation, with over 20 years real estate, business and leadership experience in the region. He has strong experience as both a business leader and property executive, and an active hands on approach to transactions, development and asset management. Career highlights: Former President and COO of Brookfield Property Partners Australia, where he oversaw around A$8bn of investments, a property development pipeline worth A$5bn+ and a team of 180 staff. Former member of the Brookfield Australia Executive team, and various Global Brookfield Committees.
