Real Estate Transactions We draft real agreements (eg purchase contracts, deeds of donation, lease-, condominium- and building contracts, etc), check the land registry, calculate and discharge all kinds of tax, act as an escrow agent, both for the contracting parties as well as for credit institutions, provide security for the contracting parties and execute the transaction with the land register. We have structured renowned international real estate projects and are as registered escrow agents member of the Treuhandrevision. Protection of Investors Over the last years we have engaged ourselves in issues regarding banking and equity market law intensively as well as compensation of investors and represent thousands of cheated investors in numerous court litigations (primarily because they have invested in different financials based on misscounseling as well as because of failure to financial supervise properly, incorrect certificates given by auditing firms, inaccurate ratings, etc).
