3 PERIODIC FEES* ALL IN FEE ONE FEE THAT INCLUDES ALL THE FEES TAKEN BY THE BANK This is a one-time fee that covers all the Bank charges. The fee, charged on the gross assets under management, includes the management of the account, the relationship fee and all transaction fees. It excludes handling fees and all transactional fees payable to third parties. Management reserves the right to charge external third party fees due to extensive trading. RELATIONSHIP FEE (SERVICE FEE) APPLICABLE TO ALL ACCOUNTS As the cornerstone of a relationship driven bank, the relationship fee includes all of the usual services provided by the Bank. It includes the banking services listed at the end of this fee schedule. This fee also allows you to contact your dedicated Relationship Manager who will assist you personally at all times and give you access to all other services, such as physical custody and transport of art and precious metals, real estate, private equity or investment banking opportunities through our featured third-party professionals (all charged separately). MANAGEMENT FEE APPLICABLE ONLY WHEN DISCRETION IS GIVEN TO THE BANK When granting discretionary powers to the Bank, we offer you the possibility to participate in order to tailor the management of your assets to your specification (i.e. with your own boundaries, constraints or principles or in the investment process). The choice is really between how much time and effort you wish to assume yourself and what you wish to delegate to us. The Management Fee is only applicable to portfolios managed by ourselves in a discretionary manner and is taken in addition to the Relationship Fee. It includes all the services of a managed mandate, typically comprising the establishment of the client s personal requirements (investment objectives, horizon, risk tolerance, reference currency, expected returns, eventual benchmark, personal constraints and eventual existing assets), the tailoring of the asset allocation to his needs, the tailoring of the client s individual portfolio, the investment process, the monitoring of the portfolio and its performance and any eventual reviews performed on the portfolios. The Bank provides a complementary service in relation to cash management, namely, it manages all current accounts (cash management) by: i. making any currency conversions it considers necessary or desirable; and/or ii. placing funds in time deposits (referred also as fiduciary placements) or Government Treasury bills with a maturity of 3 months maximum (whether denominated in Singapore dollars or otherwise) or Money Market Funds. *The Bank reserves the right to modify this fee schedule from time to time without prior notice, the Bank s General Conditions apply.

6 BANKING SERVICES INTEREST CHARGE ON CASH DEPOSITS Negative Interest Rates Currency Credit Interest CHF DKK EUR HUF JPY SEK For JPY deposits, negative interest will be imposed on client deposits above JPY 11,000,000. For EUR deposits, negative interest will be imposed on client deposits above EUR 100,000. Waiver will be given if total negative interest calculated at quarter end is below CHF 5 (or equivalent) and is applicable to any currency.

Transaction fees for specific products may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the product. Fixed income and debt instruments which are high yield, junior, subordinated, structured, tranched or asset backed, and collective investment schemes or structured products thereof, may attract higher fees. Structured products which feature higher complexity or longer maturities may attract higher fees. Such fees will be capped at the fees for equities and equity funds. The minimum fees applicable will be the fees for bonds and bond funds. With regards to transaction fees, the flat fees will apply by default unless the client selects otherwise (i.e. banded fee). The transaction fees are levied on the value of each transaction. Transaction fees and banking services in this schedule excludes correspondent, third party charges and taxes that may apply to the services. Extra charges will be levied on any transactions requiring special handling. Please consult your Relationship Manager on how we can customise your fee schedule to suit your needs.
