However the company does not fall under any ofthe criteria laid down under Ind AS and hence segment Reporting not applicable. The above is an extract of the detailed format of quarterly results Filed with the Stock Exchange under regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations The full and on company's website at after April replaces the existing revenue recognition requirements. As per the assessment of the Company on adoption of lnd AS 115 there is a impact of Rs. 20 lakhs (approx) on the profit of the Company for the quarter ended September The Company adopted Indian Accounting Standards ["lnd AS") prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the relevant Rules issued thereunder fromlst April 2017 and accordingly these unaudited financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in lnd AS 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" and the other accounting principles generally accepted in India Post of applicability of Goods and Service Tax (CST) with effect from July Revenue from Operation are required to be not of CST in accordance with the requirement of lnd AS. Accordingly the Revenue from Operation for the Current Quarter/half year ended September and quarter ended June are not comparable with the quarter/half year September prescribed in the financial results which are reported inclusive ofexcise duty. The Statement has been prepared by the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. ClR/CFD/FAC/ dated 5 July which has been initialled by us for the purposes of identification. This statement is the responsibility of the Company's Management and has been approved by the Board of Directors and prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting' ( Ind AS 34') prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with relevant rules issued there under and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement based on our review. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410 Review of Interim Financial Information performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity" issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurances as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and an analytical procedure applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit.
