FINANCIAL MODELLING & DUE DILIGENCE Feasibility Study & Due Diligence Provide recommendation on the most cost-effective mix of hotel and real estate units and sizes with special attention to choosing an appropriate strategic anchor brand and its effect on real estate pricing within the overall master plan theme, based on a sensitivity analysis. In the case of M&A services, we offer advisory due diligence as base for decision making processes. Financial Modelling Provide model outlining developments aspects and anticipated costs allowing for running scenarios and sensitivities analysis before costs are incurred; thus, mitigating development risks. Monitoring and adjusting cost with available financial sources. Raising Debt and Equity Raise and negotiate debt and equity financing that is acceptable to client with the fiduciary responsibility to protect their investment and development interests.

In addition, assist the Owner to create independent operating team and procedures. Strategic Planning - Positioning Provide recommendation on the most cost-effective mix in correlation to the market with attention to correct strategic anchor brands and effect on product(s) pricing in master plan. Project Management & Development Coordination We manage the critical interdependencies and communication among all of the stakeholders involved in Real Estate development, while overseeing (monitoring and controlling) time, budget, design and planning during execution.
